You will enjoy the “Florida of yesteryear” feeling of this property. No need to hurry, just relax and soak up the sun at the beach. On the ground floor there is a guest room with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. The family living area is on the second floor with a balcony, dining area, fully stocked kitchen and a convenient half bath. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Also upstairs is a guest room with queen bed and a full bathroom.
You will not find a swimming pool or tennis courts here, but you will be delighted by the sand, waves, sun and sea gulls!!
Within walking distance are several restaurants and coffee shops. The Silver Sands Outlet and the Destin Commons are both nearby. Our location is central to all that beautiful Destin has to offer!

Went mid October and had a great vacation experience. Took my daughter, son-in-law and two small grandchildren. We all said we would go back there. Janice, the manager was very friendly and co-operative. We received the free night as promised, making this a good deal. They have plans to tear this building down in about two year and build all new condos, so the outside is not as attractive and needs some repairs, but not that bad. We rented unit # 6, which has the larger downstair suite. This is perfect for two families. I had the large suite downstairs, with living area - TV, DVD, Stero and large couch, a private bath, sleeping area with two beds, dresser and a large closet with a washer and dryer. On the middle floor was the living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath, with TV, DVD and Stero & a fully equipped kitchen. The rest of the family stayed on the upper floor with two bedroom and two full baths. One had a king bed and the other a queen with TVs. More than enough room for everyone. being able to have some privacy or be all together. Each level has it's own deck and as advertised, it is right on the beach. You step off the lower deck and you are standing on the beach. No dunes to walk over and etc. The location is also excellent. The hugh 100 + store outlet mall is less than a mile away, other shopping and there are all kinds of places to eat, plus entertainment for the family, all within about 1 to 5 miles.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Could not have been more pleased with the location of this rental, only steps away from the beach. We had 8 people in our party, 4 of them teenage boys and they loved the privacy of the down stairs bedroom. The property was clean, a little out dated but we went to enjoy the beach not the inside of a condo, so it worked out fine. The porch on the second deck needs some attention from maintenance, but other that I would recommend this property and would definitely rent again. Thanks The Powers and the Asburys

We vacationed at this condo back in July 2010. Because we were taking 3 kids (ages 6, 9, 11), we wanted something that would offer plenty of space. We could not have been happier with this unit! The kids actually all decided to stay in the guest room that offers it's own living area and full bath. They had their own access out to the beach, and when they would get tired, they would come in and relax on their own couch and watch DVDs that they had brought. I could be fixing breakfast in the kitchen on the second floor, and look straight out on to the beach and watch them playing. You are literally steps from the ocean...no roads to cross, which was a huge plus for our family. We learned that we packed way too much, as the kids rarely got out of their swim suits. And with a full sized washer and dryer in the condo, there was no need to have a bunch of laundry to do when you got back home. There is a restaurant next door, tons of beach toys stored under the condo unit. Therefore, there's not a lot of reasons to have to leave. The beach is meticiously cleaned each morning by an amazing group of city workers, so there is never any worry regarding trash or debris. If you are considering a famiy vacation to the beach, you can't go wrong with this unit. We will be vacationing here again every year.

Worst condo I have ever rented in the Destin/Ft. Walton area--- The unit is in bad need of an update. The brown shag carpet felt filthy as well as the upholstery on the couches. The rickety bannisters on the balcony could be moved with your hand; I did not feel safe with my grandkids or anyone else out on the deck. For the price, the unit should have updated flooring, safe balconies, updated kitchen to name a few. Would not recommend this unit.

Clean and literally on the beach, what more could you ask for at this price! The pictures are updated and accurate of the unit and the owner was always available if you had any questions or concerns. The townhouse is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance to all the action.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
