While lounging on the comfortable deck furniture, you can view breathtaking sunsets and passing cruise ships while listening to music by the pool deck. The outside patio has a covered dining area with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers.
This luxury villa has both a casual living room with a 42” plasma TV and DVD player with surround sound. The sofa opens to a queen size bed.
Enjoy a quiet evening playing the piano or a game of chess, while others enjoy the TV, music or karaoke. With our complimentary stocked bar, you can mix yourself a refreshing cocktail.
Cay Bay is known for being one of the best scuba diving and snorkeling areas on the island. Some snorkeling gear is provided at the villa.

Family vacation at its best

We had a party of nine (family including small children) who stayed at the villa. We had planned this for a year and we were delighted with the accommodations. It was perfect for families including grandparents, and families. The lanai was absolutely my favorite part of the house. Our family spent time at the beach most of the vacation but also spent a lot of time at the villa. Everything a family would need plus more was available. Lots of room and privacy. LouBaer was great! Our visit lasted 12 days and we loved every minute of it. Our favorite beach was orient beach for snorkeling and people watching.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were definitly thrilled to see that butchersvilla was actually better than we expected. The photos really don't do this villa justice! It was centerally located between Phillipsburg and the Maho Beach/Airport area. The owner was great to correspond with every step of the way, on the phone, e-mail and fax. The caretaker made sure we had everything we needed and the directions got us right to it, no problem. I really appreciated receiving the "Butchers Villa" binder a few months before the trip. It gave helpful tips for customs, what to have ready, etc and also gave great recommendations for virtually everything on the island: beaches, restraunts, shopping, bars, water sports. Thanks Janet for all your help and great communication. I would definitely tell my friends to stay here. The view was beautiful, the villa was very clean and well kept inside and out. The tv's and stereo were so nice--beter than at my home in the states and we are now all addicted to Bob Marley--the soundtrack to our trip thanks to Loubert who had it playing softy when we arrived. We turned it on everytime we were in the villa. These owners really have thought of eveything!!! Thanks again!!!

My husband and I stayed at Cay Hill during April 12th to 19th. When we arrived we were greeted by the maid and helper. They took us through the villa and asked if we had any questions. The villa was impeccably clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the complimentry bar and the oh so comfy king size bed! The pool was always cleaned in the early morning, so as not to disturb us. We were very impressed with the view of the carribean sea and the yachets and cruise ships that passed by. The villa is very close to the airport, shopping, grocery and excellent resturants. We had great meals at Cheries in Maho, Chesterfields in Philipsburg and Jimbos in Simpsons Bay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Sincerely, Grant and Sharon.
