  We found the apartment updated and very user friendly. There were comfortable beds and furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is a nice place to sit. You are right next to the pool and very close to the tennis courts and beach. We rented bikes right there as well. We saw the interior of some of the other apartments where other family members stayed and ours was by far so much nicer. We hope to return for another visit.

  We rented this villa for a long weekend. We could not have been more pleased! This villa is completely upgraded, the beds are comfortable and they supply their own plush towels so you don't have to use the generic scratchy towels from the resort. The kitchen is well stocked as well. We have stayed at another villa at Admiral's Row and this one beats it by a mile! You won't want to stay anywhere else at the resort! We will definately be back next summer.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The condo is in a great location - close to a beach access and a smaller pool. It was very clean and had the "necessities" to make a comfortable stay - towels, washcloths, kitchen equipment and even cozy blankets. We did get the pizza and wings from Gator'Z and they were YUMMY! Would definitely recommend staying here!

  I cannot say enough about this villa! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description and photos of this property were exact. It's decor was lovely and the unit was well-maintained. Our children loved the idea of having two pools from which to choose, and we could watch them swim from our balcony! The owner of this property was a true professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family!

  My husband and I rented Jeff's l condo for Jan. and Feb. 2012. It is absolutely one of the nicest and well-maintained villas in Admiral's Row. It is beautifully decorated and is stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. The view from the balcony is one of the best and is a great place to relax both morning, noon, and night. Jeff is very easy to work with and will see to all concerns and questions in a speedy fashion. We highly recommend this villa, in fact, we enjoyed it so much that we will be returning for 2013.

  The Villa is very comfortable with updated interior, well stocked kitchen, and very nice ocean views from the balcany. A short walk and you're on the beach and strolling along a very uncongested section of beach. Jeff was very professional and helpful with an excellent information packet.We enjoyed our stay and recommend it others.

  This is our second stay in one of Jeff's condos (Last time, we stayed in the one next door.). The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very nice sheets and towels, kitchen well-stocked. The balcony has a nice view of the pool and the beach in the distance. The beach was extremely windy during our stay so we spent a good amount of time on the balcony. Great for a girls' getaway long weekend. We'll likely be back again! Thanks, Jeff!

  We really enjoyed our weekend in Hilton Head. The condo was very nice and served all of our needs during our stay. The beach was so close and easy to get to. Just a short walk and our toes were in the sand. We appreciated the beach chairs too! Jeff was very helpful in getting our questions answered and took care of a small glitch immediately upon our call. The beds were really comfy and the kids enjoyed their pink flamingo beds!! We would recommend this place to friends/family and hope to stay again one day.
