Both the living area and master bedroom have access to the balcony and the stunning gulf view.
SunDestin is less than one half mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park and The Track Amusement Park which is fun for kids and adults alike. Also very close by are great seafood restaurants and shopping at Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Stores among many others. Owner Description
My husband and I along with our two kids, dog and cat live in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I have been visiting Destin as long as I can remember. My memories of vacations there bring a smile to my face. The beaches are so white and the water is so crystal clear and beautiful. So, it was natural that as I became a parent I would continue to take my kids there every year for vacation. Rick and I decided that buying a condo would be a great investment for us and we found a place at Majestic Sun. Not long after buying at Majestic Sun we came across a 1 bedroom condo at SunDestin and decided to purchase it. The first thing I did after purchasing this condo was to redecorate! The condo had baby blue walls, outdated furnishing and tacky decor. I quickly changed all that to feel more like home. We purchased the 1 bedroom with the intent on reselling it but we quickly fell in love with the friendly people, great location and overall atmostphere of SunDestin and did not want to sell it. For the last 6 years we have owned our 3 bedroom condo at Majestic Sun and our 1 bedroom condo at SunDestin Beach Resort. It has been a fun experience owning and renting in Destin. My wonderful Dad, Travis Smith, and I handle all the rentals and maintenance. Each year we have wonderful guests staying in our place. We enjoy the fact they have wonderful memories in Destin just like we do with our family.
Why the Owner Chose Sundestin
Destin offers the best beaches in Florida in our opinion. In fact, we prefer Destin to just about any beach we have visited anywhere. We decide to buy our condo at SunDestin Beach Resort for several reasons. First, we love the fact it sits right on the beach and the location of the resort is great. Fun activities for the kids and great places to eat are just minutes away. We really like the family friendly atmosphere at SunDestin. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The benefits of staying in our property are mostly the reasons we decided to buy our condo. We love being right on the beach and having an awesome view of the gulf. We like the fact it has an indoor and outdoor pool so the kids can swim whether it is hot, cold, sunny or raining. As a guest you will also be able to enjoy the fact you are renting from the owner and my priority is that your stay is enjoyable as possible.

I loved mt stay there in Nov. Dec. and Jan. /08, the owners were so hospitable, friendly and concerned about my stay being as great as possible. What a wonderful condo! The view of the ocean and sunsets was spectacular. The condo had everything you could want and the kitchen had all we needed to cook some nice meals. The condo also provided us with the beach chair service, which was a bonus! The plus was that this wonderful condo was located right on the beach. There is not a more beautiful beach in the continental US than that of Destin. The condo is close to shopping and great places to eat! We had the Crab and Shirmp combo dinner for 2 at AJ's.....unbelievable. AJ's is also a fun place to dance, the band was great and it was located upstairs from the restaurant in an open outdoor club. We went Parasailing with a company called Sun Dogs, they are the very best! We also went on a sunset cruise on an old schooner ship called the Nathaniel Bowditch with Capt. Max....awesome....and highly recommended. What a wonderful vacation, and we plan to return....to get married on the beach! Thanks for the memories!

Dear Mrs. Maxson, This is just a quick note to let you know how much Kathy and I enjoyed your condo unit. The decor is comfortably elegant, the view is wonderful, and the facility is well-maintained. We didn't realize until check-in that the view from you unit is only to the west, but we quickly decided it didn't matter that much. We enjoyed being only a few mintues away from our favorite restaurants ... Dewey Destin's Seafood Market and Restaurant & The Back Porch, to name just two(!) ... and lots of convenient shopping. We will definately plan to rent from you again soon!

Karen, Just wanted to say thank you for every thing being perfect. All went great from when we started the contract till we closed the condo door heading home. The view was perfect. We had the best of both worlds. Not only seeing the ocean, but the night and day view of Destin was great. We was there a week and never did eat in the same place twice. Karen, My husband and I just returned home this weekend from our wonderful week in your Destin condo. We enjoyed the unit very much, especially the view from the balcony. It was decorated beautifully, and everything that one could need was available. The weather also was perfect--no rain and great temperatures in the mid 80's.
