Welcome to our cozy retreat! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is in the heart of Sunriver (Circle 1) with super easy access to the village, the lodge, the south pool, bike paths, and Sage Springs Spa.
The house is very comfortable and features a gas fireplace in the living area which is open to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is amply stocked and the breakfast bar provides a nice space for visiting while meals are being prepared.
We have provided many books for both children and adults for the readers in your group, as well as a large selection of movies and family games. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV. We also have 4 bikes and an outdoor BBQ for enjoying the evenings on the deck. Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the stars!
Both bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds and large dressers to provide plenty of storage space, so you can unpack and relax. The master has its own bathroom. The sofa also folds out for extra sleeping space.
Sunriver is a very relaxing atmosphere, but there are activities available all day! You can golf, swim, bike, play tennis, shop, dine, go for walks in search of local wildlife, and so much more. Mt. Bachlor is a short 25 minute drive and Bend is about 20 minutes away. There is so much to do, you are going to want to extend your stay!

Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
We love the weather in Central Oregon- snowy during the winter and sunny in the summer. We rarely see the rain we get in the valley. Sunriver is quiet, but has a lot of activities to offer. I feel truly rested when we return from a trip to our Sunriver home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our family loves to go to Mt Bachelor in the wintertime for skiing and sledding. Sunriver has a ton of fun family activities during the winter Traditions schedule. We also love the biking, pony rides, golf, restaurants, music, etc. We're always very happy in Sunriver!

We love our Sunriver home. It has been such a fun place to build family memories all year long! We have had breakfast with Santa, a visit from an elf, and a sleigh ride in the winter and love to bike, ride horses, and play in the pool in the summer. We always have a great time when we stay at our little retreat!

I am never disappointed when I come to Squirrel #3! Not only is it the perfect location, but the home is so cozy and inviting. This is like a dream week, hot, hot, hot during the day and very cold at night. Makes for great walks early and perfect for bike rides later. Evening is set aside for tennis! Thank you for keeping your home open to those of us who love it here. I am already thinking about next year!

Thanks so much! We had a great time (of course) and absolutely loved staying at Squirrel #3. This is our favorite, by far! The house was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, but all those puzzles came in handy too. We will definitely be coming back.

Our stay here at Squirrel #3 was outstanding for our whole family- one of our best vacations. We had everything we needed here- the kitchen was so well- stocked, the board game supply was great and of course, the hot tub was the biggest hit of all. Thanks for opening up your home to us. What a great time that we all had. The weather was terrific everyday. We navigated through all the bike trails on our own bikes that we hauled from San Diego. We rode the rapids, did trail riding on horses, and rented a boat and fished all day at Crane Prairie Reservoir. The house was perfect for our family. The location near the mall and market was very handy. We enjoyed the spa nearly every night. We'll be back! Hopefully soon! Thanks
