Met with my cousins for our annual hiking trip and we had a great time. The listing was accurate and the owners very accommodating. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with quality pots and pans. Very private lot sitting high on a hill. It is located close to several state parks with so many hikes, we will likely rent this house again next year!

The home was clean and comfortable, the owners are very accomadating. The details of the property are right on. Our family of 8 and stayed in the fall of 2011 and cant say enough about the area at that time of year, absolutely beautiful, returning to the home after "waterfall hunting" made it all the more enjoyable. We hope to return now that we know of a great place to stay.

I cannot say enough about our stay and our experience! This property was absolutely breathtaking, the photos do not do it the justice it deserves. We had a wonderful experience from the inquiry, to the booking, to the stay and post check out. Brent and Brenda were absolutely amazing to work with and we cannot wait to stay again. This property has so much to offer and it certainly kept our children entertained. It was in a pristine location for us to view amazing sites close by and our drive to GA was about 30 minutes. It was perfect. Everything was provided for us and it was so clean! There is plenty of room to beable to visit comfortably while still having privacy too. Our entire trip was exactly what our family needed and we were so sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

The pictures don't do this home justice. It's a lovely place to stay! Could have used a few more cooking pans, and the grill didn't work, but other than that we were very comfortable. The home is very clean and in a scenic spot. If we need to stay in this area again we will be trying to use this home!

We had a great week at Christmas with our extended family. The house is in a wonderful spot; quiet and secluded without any close neighbors. Convenient location to get to all that Upstate SC and the mountains of NC.

November Mountain Weekend

The house was wonderful-- clean, spacious, and comfortable. The leaves were still beautiful in mid-November, and the big windows brought the outdoors in. My husband and I came up with my parents, our two kids, and a few of their friends to hike Table Rock for my daughter's 11th birthday. It was wonderful being able to come back to the house after the hike, make dinner, and relax. The lay-out is great for families with kids, too-- the kids loved hanging out downstairs and playing air hockey and foosball, while the adults were able to have some peace upstairs. The kids found the waterfall and "cave" in the woods up the road, too, and had so much fun playing there, imagining they were the first to discover them! Thanks so much-- we really enjoyed our weekend! We will recommend the house to others, and we will be back!

Quiet and peaceful

We stayed for three nights during the leaf changing season. Beautiful drive in and out as well as very comfortable accommodations. Great woods view out the back with plenty of wildlife to watch. Excellent instructions and local support.

Labor Day Week End Stay

The house is great. A super location for hiking, antique shopping, access to many area Falls and gorgeous scenery. The children enjoyed the Game Rm while the adults enjoyed the many offered amenities. I would strongly reccommend this rental to anyone who enjoys life activities or just plain chilling out. The aesthetic value is priceless and the rental is more than reasonnable. If you want fun,rest,pleasant setting and access to anything great around Table Rock,this is THE PLACE. Thank you for allowing us the rental and we will be back.

Camping trip 2010

The location is all that it is put out to be on the web site. My family enjoyed it alot and look forward to come back again. It was a great get away and had everything you would need available to use. The kids love the games system and the beds slept great, even the couch. Very clean home and not hard to find. Perfect for big or small family rentals.

Wonderful place to stay if you want to be secluded or ready to hike. Home was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the hiking trail book the owners pieced together. It came in so handy to check out the beautiful waterfalls and trails around the area. Would love to stay again next year. Great spot for those liking photography. I took some great shots at the many falls reachable in short hikes. Owner and property manager did a great job making sure everything was ready for our stay.

Thank you for letting us use your house for our annual men's retreat. Just got back home yesterday and must say we had a wonderful weekend. This house was perfect us. Not to for out of town but very secluded. We really enjoyed the nearby waterfalls and hiking trails. You have a wonderful place and again thank you for allowing us to use it this weekend.

9 of us stayed here a Saturday night in July (2009) and it suited us perfectly! The house was clean & comfortable, the manager fabulously accommodating and we enjoyed hiking at 2 nearby sites. We cooked in the whole time & all fit around the table. Thanks for a great time!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities. The area has abundant waterfalls for hiking, scenic vistas, quaint towns nearby, aqua-crystal lakes for all kinds of boating, parks with swimming, golf, horseback riding,4-wheeling in winter, & much more - visit Oconee or Pickens County websites. The newer home is spacious, well-equipped, clean, & perfect for a secluded, quiet get-away or family gathering. We enjoyed our time here and hope to get back again. Thanks to the owners and VRBO!

Dear Mr. Kerger Thank you very much for sharing your home with us. We spent there one week in June and were very sad to leave, as we have had not enough time to visit all attractions in the area.
