  What a great location, close enough to resorts to enjoy all they have to offer, while still experiencing the old town Lahaina feeling. Loved every minute but be careful if you choose the Road to Hana as one of your activities, it's at least a full days commitment. Accomodations were perfect, inside and out, when we do it again and we will, we'll spend more time just relaxing, enjoying the property. Thank you Jan for all you did to make this possible, we'll be in touch. Tim and Laurie

  We just returned from this beautiful condo. This trip was our second to the island and we were so happy about this condo. Art and Jan's condo far surpassed our expectations! The view was ahhh-mazing and the grounds were immaculate. Met lots if fabulous people and never missed a moment to take in the view. Will we come back? Absolutely! The maintenance guy was kind enough to let us use a cooler for the beaches!

  We spent spring break with our kids (9 and 5) here for a week and had an amazing vacation at the condo. It's in a great location, very close to town and all kinds of activities. The view is unbelievable at Sunset. I definitely recommend Art and Jan's condo to stay at for a great Maui vacation. I know we'll be back.

  Aloha Jan and Art, (Visit Jan 25th to Feb 7th) We are repeat visitors and everything we said 4 years ago-can be restated today-previous review Feb 09. We enjoyed our time very much again in Maui. The organization and detail you provide Jan allows you to arrive relaxed and get right into your vacation. We of course had the experience of the first visit to give us comfort that all would be well and that the unit has everything one needs. I do provide these reviews with mixed feelings recognizing that I generate competition for my next Maui visit. However it will be a few years out so I take my chances.   We had a great stay in 401. It was exactly what we were looking for. Everything as advertised, great location, beautiful views. Really enjoyed the privacy of the end unit as well. Jan was very accommodating when our vacation schedule changed at the last minute. Hope to be back here soon!

  Great condo, we celebrated my wife and her cousin's birthday in Maui. The condo was great location to Lahaina. The downtown area of Lahaina has so much to do, restaurants, bars, shopping all just a 5 minute taxi ride away (15-20 minute walk if you don't want to pay $8-$10 for a cab). The Old Lahaina Luau is maybe 200 yards from the condo, you definitely must go if you have not done a luau before. A little spendy but well worth it because of the food, show and sunset. Thanks again Jan for all your help in making this a great vacation, we hope to be back to Maui again soon! Mahalo!

  We stayed for 1 week at this condo. Easy to walk to restaurants, Luau and shopping. The best part was watching the turtles from the lanai. They came right up to the shore to feed in the evening. We really looked forward to that. Also GREAT sunsets. The pool was immaculately clean. I would stay here again.

  My (2) girlfriends and one teenager and myself spent a week in Paradise at Art and Jan's 2 bedroom condo. The whole property is so much nicer than staying at the "big box" hotels on the island. We loved the privacy of their end unit with windows on the sides and the lanai is so relaxing. Hardly no one in the pool when we used it. The location is what really sells this unit just minutes from Front Street in downtown Lahaina. We definitely would stay there again. Thank you, Jan. You made our vacation a memorable one for years to come!

  Our family stayed at this condo for 7 days, it is located just a few minutes from Old Town Lahaina and we could NOT have been more pleased. There is just enough room for the three of us. Our 8 yr old loved it too. Everything you need was provided, the view was just amazing, the location the best. Jan and Art, thank you so very much for the wonderful condo, you certainly had, if not more than what was described. We plan on staying here again on our next visit to Maui!!!
