My fiance and I stayed there with another couple and we all had the best time! The home is lovely, very clean, very spacious. The deck in the backyard facing the pond was one of the best parts. We would have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night and just look out over the pond, so relaxing. We took the canoe out on the pond one day and it was wonderful. There are no neighbors nearby so you don't have to worry about noise. We played our guitars on the back porch at night and didn't have to worry about disturbing anyone. We vacation a lot and we both agree that this is the best place we've stayed so far. The house is equipped with everything from towels to utensils to salt and pepper, we didn't have to bring a thing. We are hoping to go back next year. highly recommend!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Our family vacation is over, but the memories live on. We had a great time ! Lots of wildlife, herons, egrets and the like. The pond was quiet and inviting. We used our kayak's to explore the entire body of water and loved every minute of it. The house was beautiful and filled with lots of extras, the deck was the most used by all of us. The little town of Wakefield was perfect for getting out, especially Brickley's for ice cream. thank You Priscilla for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Families with young children.
