The home is cooled by ceiling fans and the breeze from the water. You'll find an outside hot/cold shower to rinse off the sand from the nearby beaches, a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a canoe to paddle around in the water. Beach chairs and towels are available along with coolers and jugs. Maps and tourist brochures are provided for your vacation planning of area attractions.
Located in South Kingstown is the village of Wakefield, and nearby the town of Narragansett. Both have beautiful beaches as well as fine restaurants, shopping, museums, activities for the whole family. Entrance to the South County bike path, Kingston train station, the Block Island Ferry are minutes from the house and Foxwoods and Mohegan casinos, Newport, Mystic Seaport and Providence are a 30 minute drive.
