The condo was recently professionally painted and decorated with entirely new furnishings. Featuring king and queen-size beds, the condo comfortably sleeps four adults. Additionally two twin air mattresses and a pack and play are provided for children.
The Master Suite opens to breathtaking views on the lanai and includes a king-size bed, LCD TV, walk in closet, full size dresser and an extremely spacious bathroom with oversized tub.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, LCD TV, full size dresser, comfortable chair and ample closet space. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils along with a coffee maker and grinder, cookware, grill utensils, rice maker and much more.

Honeymoon couple!

I just wanted to come back and write a review for this condo and the renter. It was everything in the pictures and description and more. My wife and I traveled to Kauai for our honeymoon in June 2011, and stayed here. We had an amazing time! We debated about whether we should go the resort/all-inclusive route or the hotel/condo/apartment route. We decided to go the condo route, and found this place. We were NOT disappointed. The condo is modern. New. Clean. Spacious. Has everything you need for cooking meals. Work out room. Pool. Grills. Hot tub. Lanai. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, whether for a small family or couple, seriously consider this place!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I recently spent 10 days at this condo for our honeymoon and were extremely happy with the acommodations. Prior to arriving the owner was both helpful and responsive to our questions (replying to emails the same day they were sent). Upon arriving there were no unpleasant surprises - the condo was imacculate and just as advertised. The condo community is one of the newer ones in Princeville and this condo has a mountain view which not many of the condos in the Plantations have. The decor was tasteful and the layout of the condo was well thought-out. We loved the master bedroom with poster bed and huge master bathroom with oversized tub. Kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to cook a variety of meals with what was provided. It was great having a garage, beach towels, bikes, snorkel gear, and water shoes available for us to use. Queens Bath and Hideaways beach are very close by - there's also a grocery store by the main entrance into Princeville. We would highly recommend this condo - as a reliable, clean, and comfortable place to stay for couples or families.
