There are many Amenities for everyone at Ariel Dunes. You can enjoy our Two Large Pools totaling over 11,000 square feet. One of our pools is gently sloped from Zero Entry Water Depth to five feet with a Mushroom Waterfall which the kids will love! The other pool is Seasonally Heated and is a great place to relax, swim, and soak in the sun. Of course the Largest And Best Amenity associated with Ariel Dunes is the 2000’ of Magnificent Open Shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and pleasure. The Seascape Resort Complex includes an 18 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts for your use and many walking or jogging paths. As all fishermen know, the Destin area provides Amazing Year Round Fishing and is known as the Greatest Little Fishing Village anywhere. Shopping is at a premium with Silver Sands Outlet Mall less than a mile away, Village at Baytowne Wharf, and the new Destin Commons Mall. Destin is also known for its large number of Wonderful Restaurants, many of which are located very near Ariel Dunes.
It is FINALLY ready. The BRAND NEW Ariel Dunes Conference Facility is now OPEN for Business. This new space contains a Fitness Room with brand new PRECOR fitness equipment, a Conference Room and Arcade. The Conference Room is available to reserve on a daily basis. This large room can hold groups of up to 75 people. Just ask for rates and reservations. The Arcade is also accessible by the general public and can be used from 6 a.m until 10 p.m. Same as the pool hours.
Two of the Three Bedrooms has it own Private Bath and has been decorated with comfort in mind. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and seating. Adjoining it is a master bath with a walk-in shower, separate large bathtub and his/her vanities. The Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed with a private bath and back balcony with golf course views. The Third Bedroom has Twin Beds and connects to the third bathroom with a walk-in shower. TVs with DVDs are included in all bedrooms as well as the den area. We insist on providing our guests with a very clean unit.
The den area has a very Comfortable Sofa which converts into a Queen Sleeper. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat eight people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile Appliances which include a side by side refrigerator/freezer with front Filtered Ice Maker and Water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and built-in microwave. It is also fully equipped with utensils, cookware, plates, coffee maker, blender, toaster and large pots for boiling shrimp! The kitchen has beautiful Granite Counter Tops and the utility room has a Full Size Washer and Dryer. Free Wireless Internet Service is available for all our guests.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Charter fishing with large privately owned fishing fleets, more than a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes, “Big Kahunas” Water Park, Henderson State Park and Grayson State Park, Village at Baytowne Wharf with restaurants, shops, live music and a wonderful place for kids, Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill for seaside dining and live entertainment, Sunset Cruises, Glass Bottom Boats.

Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes
Our family decided to purchase a Florida Vacation Property in the Florida Panhandle because we wanted to be located on the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico (northwest side of the Florida Panhandle) plus the driving time from our home in Gainesville, Georgia was only about 6 hours. In order for us to locate that "Perfect Vacation Paradise" for our family and grand children, we visited many cities and beach sites from Gulf Shores, Ala. southeast to St.George Island at Carrabelle, Fl. At each location, we would gather a small sample of sand and take many pictures of the Gulf Waters. While visiting each site, we made detail notes of existing special attractions, restaurants, golf courses, off shore fishing history, and other amenities available for the entire family to enjoy. After about 2 years traveling from city to city and beach to beach, we decided to re-visit Destin because of our favorable first impression of the area. Needless to say, none of the sand samples that we had collected from the other beaches on the gulf could compare to the "Sugar White Sand" in Destin. The Gulf Waters in Destin were without a doubt the prettiest emerald green color of any location we visited. This number one Beach Attraction along with the many other Wonderful Area Amenities available for our family in Destin, persuaded us to choose Destin, Fl. as our "Home Away Vacation Paradise". According to the January 2009 edition of Southern Living Readers' Choice for Best Beach, Destin Beaches were voted #1. This is the area's 14th year in a row racking up honors with the Readers' Choice Awards, meaning that the great reviews come from people who actually visit the area and leave with a good impression. Our family knows we made a very good choice when we decided to locate in Destin, Florida.

Since I graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and my wife graduated from Mississippi State College For Women (MSCW), we have enjoyed vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast more so than any other beach location. During the years, we would make it a habit to take our 4 children to the beach for a family fun vacation. At that time in our lives, we rented many condos and houses on the beach. My wife and 2 daughters enjoyed the beach while our 2 sons and I spent our time fishing. Today we still make annual trips to the beach with the children, and now 7 grandchildren.
