The family room, which directly overlooks the water, also has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player.
The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar and breakfast nook. The home has Wireless Internet throughout. Rental includes full use of the community center. This facility includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, state of the art fitness center, a 15,000 square foot clubhouse, including a large great room with numerous flat panel TV's and a panoramic view of the Indian River Bay, a Hot Tub, His/Her Steam Rooms, a meeting room with adjoining gourmet kitchen, a game room with a pool table, ping-pong table and video games, a fishing/crabbing pier on the bay and 2 tennis courts.
The community is adjacent to the Salt Pond golf course, has direct frontage on the Indian River Bay and is less than 2 miles from the beach (with a free continuous beach shuttle during the season).
Bayside at Bethany Lakes Renters Facility Fee is $20 per person per week (over age 4) for a maximum of $160 per rental group. Renters pay the Community Center directly.
