Our beautiful house sits in the gated community of Sunset Lakes. We are in prime position with the lake on two sides next to the fishing dock. A minutes walk away is the community pool and children's play area.
A few minutes drive and you're at the Disney parks, Walmart, US192, golf or mini-golf, restaurants, and hundreds more amenities, yet whilst at home you have the space, tranquility and luxury that our house will provide.
We have two master suites, one up, one down, both with king beds, and two twin rooms with a bathroom between. A balcony off the upstairs master gives a great view of the lake (you can watch Disney's firework display at night). Kitchen/diner and living area are open plan with vaulted ceiling. Oversized pool deck, with ample furniture lead to heated pool and mini-pool. Lots of parking on our long drive, for 3+ cars, plus double garage.

Why the Owner Chose Sunset Lakes
This house was perfect for us to own. Very close to the world's greatest theme parks, central Florida malls and outlets easy to get to, just an hour from the coast, modern, relatively maintenance free, spacious, great for renting, excellent climate........ and so on. Oh yeah, and Mum's house is next door !!!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Unique to our house.... the keyword is space. We have an oversized pool deck - bigger than the rest in the area. We have 2600+feet inside, but just 4 bedrooms, giving more open areas than other similar houses (some have 6 bedrooms in the same sized house). We have lakefront on two sides, and only one immediate neighbour, giving more privacy. We visit at least twice a year to do extra cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades, to keep the place in A1 condition.

We travel extensively, and have visited dozens of countries as a family, having lots of varied adventures. Central Florida is our favourite place for fun and shopping!!
