This was a great experience. A beautifully maintained, spacious, clean and fully equipped rental in a very safe, private & quiet location but with very close proximity to beaches, golf courses, restaurants and shopping. You will have no problem unwinding at this location and will ethe njoy the locals who are very helpful as you learn to make your way around the Sanibel and Ft. Myers areas and find the spots where the locals go for fun, food and shopping....and you will have plenty of fun at the codo complex with it's own private lake w/ white sand beach and well maintained pool and spa facilities.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Jan 01-Apr 30 .. $2000/2 weeks .. $3200/month. May 01-Dec 31 .. $1500/2 weeks .. $2100/month. Seasonal rate are available. Plus one time $85 cleaning charge for any length rental. Plus one time $100 condo association charge for any length of stay. Plus 11% Florida State Tax.
