I am a Pensacola native, now live in Atlanta, and we looked for years for a place of our own on the beach. This spot, for us, is unmatched, so we waited until the right unit became available. And finally, it did!

I can't emphasize enough how lovely and relaxing this spot is--walking down the backstairs to all the water-related benefits the island has to offer. Nothing compares.

Here we are as we begin our descent down Splash Mountain! This was a few years ago, and in typical form, Scott, my husband, is unphased, while I am clearly scared out of my mind. I think that says it all about our family dynamic! :)
