Built in 1900 and recently renovated - Annapolis Vacation Rental No Longer Available for Commissioning Weeks 2008, 2009, or 2010. Off street parking plus easy street parking. United States Naval Acacdemy and downtown Annapolis are a short walk, or ride the water taxi from the Chart House. Located in the heart of Eastport, one block from the Chart House and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. Large kitchen opens to a private backyard with pond and grill. Private rooftop deck with water view of Spa Creek and the Academy (seasonal). Walk a few blocks in one of three directions for spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay, Spa Creek, or Back Creek. Walking away from the water fronts on Severn Ave, you will run into some of the best resturants in town; to include Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Lewnis Steakhouse, the Boatyard Bar & Grill, O'Leary's Seafood, Carrol's Creek, the Rockfish, and the Chart House.  The drawbridge typically goes up on the hour during the spring and summer months - which if you happen to be a pedestrian stopped on the bridge for 5 minutes at dusk or dawn,  it is a fabulous picture opportunity!  Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The Guest bedroom suite has a queen bed, seasonal water view, full bath, separate refrigerator, and microwave. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and large full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. Two double air mattresses can be placed in almost any room. Great entertaining kitchen with Irish bar. Wireless Internet (fiber optic 5Mb/s download), 106 inch HDTV theater screen, full automation/audio throughout. Pets on first level only. The back yard and kitchen are great for entertaining. The yard extends 75 feet from the back of the house and has a gas Weber grill. There is also a lighted Koi fish pond with cascading waterfalls for added ambiance. Guests can step through the backdoor into a sun-lit tiled kitchen with an antique Irish bar, pub-height tables, and whole-house audio music. It is a very popular and convenient entertainment spot.

Boat Shows, National Holidays, Volvo Ocean Race .......... $500/night.
Three night minimum, one third of total rental to reserve.
$125 Turnover Fee for all rentals.
Will Rent By the Month for Legislative Session.
