  • We have stayed at this beautiful unit for extended periods three years in a row. This unit has one of the best unobstructed ocean views on Maui. The lanai of the unit is only 30 feet from the ocean. We would always eat on the lanai while watching the sunset and then fall asleep listening to the waves lapping the seawall. The unit is spotless and freshly painted with new furniture and tile floors throughout. There is a beautiful heated pool overlooking the ocean with a barbecue area. WE WOULDN'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE ON MAUI.

  • The lanai has the best view we've seen in Hawaii -- almost 180 degrees from beyond the Mala Wharf to Kaanapali and across the sea to the Island of Lanai. The pink sunrises and golden sunsets were stunning. A scatter of boats is moored nearby where we could see them and we watched cruise ships, submarines, and sailboats. Without moving from the lanai we saw whales and turtles. The front door looks at the mountains. We dined on the lanai and shopped two blocks away at the Lahaina Cannery Mall which has a Safeway, a has everything Longs drugstore, shops, and free hula. Across the street was the Best of luau and our golfer rented clubs and shorkel equipment within a couple blocks. There's an elevator and on site management. Fragrant breezes fan through the jalousies. The unit was decorated in a palm tree motif and there were original paintings and photographs. It has all the comforts of home in understated luxury. There are lots of little delightful surprises. Should I tell? A tile whale design in the lovely pool, tiki torches lit at sunset, well tended tropical landscaping. We were "comfortable." Aloha.
