We have stayed in this fantastic ocean-side condo on several different occasions and will spend many more when the San Diego area. Always neat and clean, owner and agent are very available and always a great source of surrounding tourist info. The view is always interesting because of the balcony on four sides if the building. Indoor parking, elevator, very nicely furnished, etc. Easily the best condo rental in the area.

A dream on the other side of the world

A month after our return to Germany we remember our lovely stay in in your beautiful condo. It was a dream which came true. Imperial Beach was the best place to relax after our long trip arround Arizona, Nevada and CA. Your condo was so comfortable and well equipped, everything was prefect. We loved our stay here, the walks on the beach and to the Imperial Beach Pier with great seefood, the sunbathing on the deck and swimming with the boogie-boards. The weather was great and we had some amazing sunsets. Thank you very very much for the warm welcome, it was so nice to meet you, Laurel. We will remember you and the pretty place in Imperial Beach for a long time and we wish to come back. May be - everything is possible. Warm regards from us four.

Perfect Conference Respite

My four colleagues & I stayed at this truly exceptional condo in September 2011 while attending a 6 day conference in downtown San Diego. The easy commute was usually between 25-30 minutes each way but it was most definintely worth it to "come back home" after we were through. It was a little chilly for actual swimming but we spent a lot of time on the beach and walking to the pier. Saw dolphins from our living room most every morning! Laurel was wonderful. Very accomodating. Our numerous questions were all answered in timely fashion both before we arrived and once there. Laurel even gave us suggestions of where/what we might enjoy on our time off.Upon arrival, there was a great little food basket on the counter with snacks, etc and wine in the refrigerator!! The place was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities, coffee and filters, dish soap & laundry detergent, paper products, blow-dryer, etc. The only real problem with this place was how difficult it was to leave each morning for the conference sessions! Would highly recommend this place!

Thank you Laurel and Mark for a great stay at the Condo. Coming from Snowy England, the weather for us was perfect. Imperial Beach was a very nice little town, very peaceful, which suited us well. Perfect Thanksgiving holiday

We spent an amazing week at this condo in Imperial Beach. We were very happy that Laurel could accommodate us on such short notice - she was extremely helpful and friendly. The condo had the perfect setting - right on the beach front. We loved watching the surfers and dolphins in the waves and the sunsets every evening were particularly stunning! The weather wasn't amazing for the week but our two sons (13 and 9) still swam and bodysurfed on the boards that were provided. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need and was clean and very comfortable. We would love to return sometime when it's a bit warmer.

PERFECT STAY

We love staying in this condo. Just returned from our 2nd stay here (within 10 months) and cannot wait to return! The condo sits right on the beach (large wrap around deck -- terrific views/sunsets), is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and fully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need -- even a lint brush!!! Laurel and Mark are both quite personable and accommodating. It's an awsome place to just sit and relax, or run constantly -- Coronado Island, Gaslamp Quarter, LaJolla just minutes away. We took several day trips -- Newport Beach, Catalina Island, Laguna Beach and down the coast to Carlsbad Village, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Del Mar. It is the Perfect Place to Stay! We highly recommend :-)

Wonderful place

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo for 2 weeks in August. Laurel and Mark were exremely friendly and helpful... they left welcome gifts in the condo and Laurel even offered to watch our young children on the beach so we can relax more. The condo was so clean that we felt comfortable with our 9-month-old crawling around. The view of the ocean from the living room was amazing... and we saw dolphins just off the beach multiple times every single day. Also, the sunset in front of our eyes over the Pacific was beautiful. If we had the opportunity to go back to the San Diego area again, we would definitely love to stay at this awesome property.

Our first visit to San Diego...actually to CA and Wow! The best word to describe our experience. The condo was beautiful...exactly as the pictures show. Right on the beach, amazing views from every window. Watched the dolphins (along with the surfers) every morning...what a sight! And the sunset was an amazing experience! Laurel was extremely helpful, always available when questions came up. The welcome basket was a nice treat as well as the bottle of wine and sparkling cider! What a thoughtful gesture!!!! Also nice was how we didn't have to go out and purchase condiments, t.p., paper towels, soap detergent, etc. Everything you need is there. Also nice was having plentiful amounts of towels as well as beach towels, beach umbrellas and boogy boards. We LOVE San Diego and would definitely visit again, only this time for a longer stay! Who knows, maybe permanently!!!! We will absolutely stay here again!

Our second time back and as usual, it was as perfect as could be. The condo is exactly as shown on the pictures and Imperial Beach is a haven! The endless beach, the peace and quiet and wonderful sunsets mean that we never leave the place! A week at the condo is like 2 weeks any where else. We shall return!!

Perfect Vacation

The property was as described. Laurel and Mark were available to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. It is a quiet and beautiful place, and contains everything needed for a restful vacation. There are abundant activities less than 30 minutes away if the ocean does not provide enough. We enjoyed the Greek restaurant right in Imperial Beach a couple of times. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and Imperial Beach.

Imperial Beach was as serene and relaxing as ever and the condo was perfect, even for a family w/ four children. :) I was so impressed w/ the small details, i.e. excellent quality bed sheets, quality kitchen knives, the awesome gift basket & wine upon arrival. The accommodations were just as pictured. Clean, comfortable and everything you could ask for. The beach was 15 feet from the condo and the view was beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place!

My adult children and I spent a week in June at this lovely condo. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, not commercialized, but close enough to restaurants,malls, golf courses,etc. The air is fresh and clean, the view magnificent. We will return to this condo.

PERFECT CONDO!

Where do we begin? This place is better in person than the pictures on the internet, which are pretty impressive. The best family vacation we ever had. Loved the condo and all of the amenities. Location is fabulous. We both like to cook and what better place then over looking the ocean in a nice kitchen? All of the windows make you feel like you are outside even if you aren't. To lay in bed and be able to see the ocean and listen to it at the same time was magnificant. The beach toys were fun. We had our 11 year old daughter with us. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck and BBQ'd every night. The views are unbelievable. Picture perfect. Got to watch the dolphins a few different times--that was awesome. Liked the beach--not as busy as some of the others, yet enough to see to keep you entertained. There was always enough room on the beach--never over crowded. I can't say enough about the condo itself. It was perfect and had everything we needed (and then some). We will definately be back! Laurel is awesome. Laurel and Mark were both very accomdating! Oh--the parking spot for this unit is the best in the entire building. Thanks for helping make this a perfect family vacation and celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary! I could go on--but this is way too long already! :-)

My wife and I were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and modern and very comfortable. We actually saw the Dolphins playing in the ocean. Both the owner and the rental agent are very nice people who take care of you. We will visit again.

A Fantastic Vacation Retreat !!!, May 22, 2008 By Gil Amaral (Las Vegas, NV) Hate advertising this Gem, as "who wants to share" and make this secret hideaway public...but what a fantastic Property. From the moment walking into the unit it was Great.. Directly on Imperial Beach we daily viewed the Surfers, Dolphins, Pelicans, and other Wildlife dancing, darting, and swimming in the Surf. LAUREL the Property Manager was simply wonderful and helpful in insuring our stay was special. Convient to all the Amusement Parks, Restraunts, was nice. Sitting around doing absolutely nothing while enjoying the Sunsets was the Ultimate, never got to see a Sunrise as we were to busy sleeping listening to the Surf! We will be back... Laurel and Mark just make sure you have room for us AGAIN!

We had a wonderful stay in Imperial Beach. The condo is everything you can imagine and more! The views were breathtaking and the amentities in the Condo were great. The kids had beach toys and boogie boards to play with. The close proximity of the beach was wonderful. Sitting on the wrap around deck and listening to the waves of the ocean was priceless!!

We loved the excellent view and direct beach access. Imperial Beach is away from the crowds but close to all the amenities of San Diego and Coronado. The condo is very comfortable and well-equipped. The rental manager was friendly, helpful and informative. We had an excellent holiday - thanks!

Thank you for a wonderful visit with my brother, his wife, and my niece. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo, which was very well equipped and the view is just awesome. If there is one thing that was a negative for my husband and I it is that both beds were queens and we wish one of the beds could be a king. We have slept in a king for so long we just can't do a queen. Other than that it was perfect!!! Couldn't have asked for better service from Laurel, she even came by to meet us before we left. We will definately be back and we will be recommending your place to everyone. Since I'm in advertising that will be easy to do.

One word - AMAZING!! Breathtaking full view of the ocean and endless sunsets!! Immaculately clean and comfortable! Great attention to detail! Everything we needed was supplied including the beach towels and beach toys for the kids to play with. We really did not want to leave! Thank you so much for such a beautiful vacation on the beach!!
