  My Mom, sister and nephews stayed at this property in April 2012. It was the first time I used VRBO.com and after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. I had many questions for Mary prior to booking and she was very helpful and quick with her responses. The house was EXACTLY as it was promised. Actually, the yard was even nicer than I was anticipating. There is a large man-made lake in the back and it creates a very peaceful environment. There was a small deck off the back which allowed us to look into the water. Much to our surprise, an alligator was there to greet us. My nephews got such a kick out of this! They also loved the pool and the games room. We each had our own room! The house was very spacious and the games room contributed to that. Mary's property manager was very friendly and helpful as well. We met him on the first day and it was comforting to know someone was in the area to assist us with any house issues if we needed it. We were close to everything, including a Publix (you definitely need a car, though). The only issue was that I ended up in one of the rooms with the 2 single beds (kids' room) and my 7 year old nephew said he wished he had chosen that room because it had a really cool Micky Mouse televison. lol It was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

  This home is in a great location being only 10 -15 min from the Disney resorts and only 5 min away from various golf courses. The house itself was a fantastic size and held 9 of us without any problems. The three children ages 14, 6 and 2 loved the games room and especially the spacious pool area as did the adults. The owner Mary made the whole booking experience very very easy and answered all questions clearly and quickly. Would strongly recommend this home for family group vacation looking for excellent value for money accommodation.

  My family and I had a great time. It was very cheat on food staying at this Villa. We cooked daily, the kids enjoyed the pool daily I enjoyed fishing every morning on the lake. We even saw a gator in the lake. We will be back at Mary's Villa for our next vacation for sure.

  We stayed for a week at Mary's beautiful villa, It was the first time our whole family had been together for quite awhile. We had one of the best times of our lives!!! The villa was close to all Disney parks and we enjoyed them all. The villa was more than we expected. There were 7 of all including the children and there was room enough for all. We actually bought a baby gate so our grandson would not climbe the stairs....Mary's caretaker Royce noticed this and brough one over....we got to return ours. Can't say enough nice things about the place. Would certainly go there again!!!!!!

  What a great villa at a great value! We were really impressed with how accurately and spot on the owner of this property was in describing their Villa. We enjoyed everything there was to offer especially the pool. The Villa was super clean and the pool was jump in ready! It really is about 10 min.to Disney. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  We just returned from our Disney vacation and couldn't have been happier with Mary's villa. Compared to the cost of the Disney resorts and neighboring hotels, this home is an AMAZING deal, especially if you travel with a larger group. The home was clean and the photos were representative of the property. Our children loved the pool! It was so nice to come "home" after a long day at the parks instead of a cramped hotel room. If I hear about anyone planning a Disney trip, I will highly recommend this property.

  We really enjoyed the villa. There was plenty of room for two families. The kids loved the games room and the heated pool. The location was perfect for getting to and from Disney World. We enjoyed meals at home (healthier and less expensive). The Publix around the corner was great! When we had a problem with the pool heater, the property manager was very quick to respond and solve the problem. Would not hesitate to rent again.

  Just wanted to say how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The website pictures spoke for themselves. The home was so close to everything. It was so nice to come and relax at the house after a long day at the Disney parks and Clearwater beach. I definitely recommend paying the extra $200 fo the heated pool and spa, The children really enjoyed the pool and game room. And they really enjoyed fishing in the back deck and visiting with the friendly neighborhood alligator. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. I cold not stop raving about the home to friends and family upon our return and highly recommended this home for their future Disney needs. Thank You again Mary for making our first big family trip to Disney so memorable and affordable!

  We had such a great time on our Disney vacation, and being able to come home each day from the parks to such a comfortable home was the icing on the cake! The photos accurately portrayed the home. It was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool and were never without something to do in our down time! I would, and have, recommended this house to others. Our only issue the entire stay, was that the house didnt have a supply of paper products(TP, paper towel, garbage bags) when we arrived. However after reading the information packet in the house, that was probably due to the tenents that visited before us not restocking. We restocked before we left in hopes of others doing the same. Overall it was a wonderful experience!!
