Southern Splendor is a 4000 plus square foot, three story home in the Crystal Beach area of the Florida Panhandle. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, 2 kitchens and a private pool. The first floor has a spacious living area that opens into a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen and dinette area. There is also a first floor queen sized bedroom and bath. The second floor has a huge master bedroom with balcony and master bath with Jacuzzi and separate shower. There is also a queen sized guest bedroom with balcony, a bunk room and a shared bathroom. The third floor houses the loft with a balcony, wet bar and half bath. Then there is the carriage house, which is a complete home of it's own, with queen sized bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom.
