Me and my family just came back from staying here (5/25/10) and we had the best vacation! The condo was great! The pictures on this site don't do it justice! There is a new couch in the living room and the condo is very nicely decorated. The owner used a mgmt. rental company so if you have any reservations about going thru an owner, don't worry! The mgmt. company provided us with paper towels, sample laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets! There was plenty of towels as well. Although the master bedroom wasn't extra large, it was still plenty big enough for us to have a pack n play in there for my 22 month old! There were 2 bunk beds in the hall that had their own light with each bed. It was very nice having 2 bathrooms in the condo. The master has a large stand up shower and the other bathroom was a full bath! The rental included a beach umbrella rental and 2 chairs! So nice when it's 90 degrees and you have two litttle ones! Another little thing that was nice was the safety chain on the door. I could lock that and know that the baby wouldn't be able to get out! (I know, little things, but those things are helpful with toddlers). In summary, this was a great condo, great location (near Destin and stuff but not as congested), and the owner and rental company was great to work with! We will definitely use again!! :)
