The pool and hot tub area are in a private setting for year round enjoyment. Take advantage of one of the eight picnic tables and charcoal grills amidst the expansive lawn. There is plenty of room for running and playing, reading and catching some rays, all within view from your balcony. The towering pecan trees (help yourself to the pecans) and massive cypress trees line the river’s edge. It’s just beautiful!
The home is fully stocked with all your basic kitchen needs, all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, three cable TVs with DVDs, Stereo with MP3 capability, fine linens, plenty of soft towels, and Free local & long distance phone service. Dozens of extra channels, including Encore movie channels, are avilable on the living room TV. You'll be surprised by all the little extras, including lawn games, board games, iron & board, hair dryer, blender. There is also a GE washer and dryer. Bella Vista comfortably sleeps six with two luxurious new Queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa.
Enjoy the beach style pool (heated in the winter) and two deluxe hot tubs. One Hot Tub is reserved for adults only and has a waterfall feature! The very fun pool has bubbling fountains and shallow area for the little ones and is situated adjacent to the other community Hot Tub (shown) with a second small Waterfall feature. An additional two hot tubs and pool with premium landscaping & design have just been completed behind the unit, which are also available for your enjoyment. You’ll be walking distance from world-famous Schlitterbahn Water Park (only .4 miles away) and less than one mile from Comal River put-in, or downtown New Braunfels. There are plenty of tube rental outfits to choose from on either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers. Check out the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce website for current event and more area information. Try fishing from your own riverbank or the nearby Cypress Bend Park, which has a playground for the kids. Visit our awesome Public Library, numerous area museums and antique shops. Other area attractions include Historic Gruene, Texas (only a few miles away) for live Music, great food, and quaint shopping. For avid shoppers, either Tanger Outlet Mall or the Forum Shopping Center are within 20 minutes drive. Both San Antonio and Austin are easy drives but you may want to explore the lovely Hill Country towns of Wimberly and Fredricksburg if you plan an extended stay.

Molly, We had a great time at your condo! Being on the 1st floor at the end was better than I had imagined. The condo was clean and have aleady recommended it to friends. It was a great location for easy access to New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Marcos for shopping. We loved watching deer, hummingbirds, and squirrels play right at our patio. We are planning to return next year!

This was our 3rd stay at Bella Vista on the Guadalupe and it was great as ever. We've stayed in other units at the Water Wheel condos but, this one has probably the best location - first floor on the quiet end of things.

Molly, Thank you for sharing your beautiful "home away from home" with us. My daughters & I (and the grandkids) have had a wonderful time!! My favorite part was sitting on the porch & watching the deer, lightening bugs & listening to "nature". It hads been so relaxing here & beautiful. The pool is FABULOUS and the two grandkids, Destiny (6) & Curtis (19 mo.) thoroughly loved it!! We would like to be able to come here every year to your "very special haven". We enjoyed our stay very much. We saw lots of squirrels. (Drawing by child of squirrel...so cute) This is like a home away from our home. Molly, So we're back again...Justin & I couldn't stand to wait any longer. These past three days here have been awesome again! We are so jealous that you all live here. The weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy sitting down by the river as well as spending some of the three days in downtown Gruene. Wouldn't trade this weekend! So worth taking off work! Love Love Love the condo! Decorated very well & very comfortable.Slept like a baby every night. The patio is a great place to relax too. My family stayed at Bella Vista the first week of June. Molly was great to work with and the property was just as described. We had a blast. What's not to like about New Braunfels (except the names of places are hard to spell). Between the Schliterbaun (SP), tubing on the Comal and Guadalupe, and hanging out in Greune, there was no certainly no lack of fun things do and tasty things to eat. The condo was lovely, well cared for, and very comfortable, It's in a great location--convienient to everything--and the grounds are fabulous. We had two adults, two 14 year olds, and a twelve year old. No one wanted to leave. We'll definitely be back.

I recently stayed at this lovely condo and highly recommend it. The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view is lovely, overlooking the spacious and well groomed grounds. One of my favorite things about this property is the patio which is situated on the corner of the building with lots of shade and privacy. Great unit!
