Step back in time as you stay in our 150 year old home on the canal in New Hope. Located near the intersection of Main Street and Bridge Street, you can park your car and never get back in until you leave! You will love the warmth from the antique decor, 11 foot ceilings, five fire places (including original kitchen fireplace on lowest floor), carpenter bench dining room table, wide pine floors, 8' tall windows, and winding staircase.
The serenity of the Delaware river, a walk on the historic canal towpath, or a ride on the steam railroad will take your stress level away and leave you feeling rejuvenated. The antique shopping, art galleries, restaurants, breweries, and live music attractions will entertain you and take away reality even if it's only for one night.
The Stephan House offers the flexibility to reserve up to 4 floors, 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. Entertain in the dining and living room, have a cocktail party or a dinner party. An evening on the town is relaxing and enjoyable when the commute is a wonderful stroll through the quaint and charming sidewalks of downtown New Hope. The options are endless and the atmosphere is exquisite. So if you are looking for a night for yourself or a week with family and friends, please inquire about our availabilities.
