Our condo welcomes you to Anastasia Island for a week of rest and relaxation as you bask in the sun soaking up the rays of the beach. The living room and master bedroom have a breathtaking view of the ocean where schools of dolphin have been spotted. There is no music like the sounds of the ocean to make this Vacation spot a must.
Our condo is totally equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay. The Living room and two bedrooms have ceiling fans, televisions and cable. Glass doors separate the living room or master bedroom from your private balcony. The dining area is ideal for six, or three can eat at the counter separating the kitchen from the living room.
The kitchen is full equipped. Every appliance is there including food processor, coffee grinder, blender, and crock pot. A family-size washer and dryer are located in the side storage room. All your beach equipment is included. All you need to do is bring your clothes.
Master bedroom with King-size Bed connects to a walk-in closet and full bath. It has its own private entrance onto the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet which includes a pack-n-play and air bed. The second full bathroom is across the hall. The living room has a queen pull-out couch.
This fifth floor oceanfront condo features elevators, fully lighted parking area, two Tennis courts, shuffleboard, large gorgeous outdoor heated Pool and patio area with lounge furniture. A sunning pavilion is on the second floor poolside. A sun deck and gazebo on the walkway to the beach. Car wash for sand and salt removal.
Unspoiled white beaches on the Atlantic coastline of St. Augustine Beach. Private beach entrance from the condo. Showers are available as you come back from the beach for your chairs and yourselves. Beaches are a sports playground of kite flying, beach biking, walkers, runners, kite jumping, fishing, and glorious sunbathers. Or you can just play in the waves.
St. Augustine is the OLDEST CITY IN AMERICA, cobblestone streets with shops, restaurants, bookstores, culture and history. When you have had enough of the beach you still have culture, nightlife and diversity in Oldtown St. Augustine. Countless historical sites dating aback to l5l3. Nearby is an Alligator Farm. One half hour to Daytona and the racetracks and one hour to Cape Canaveral. St. Augustine is the Home of Golf Hall of Fame and Great Golf all around.

We were so thrilled to see the Bible verse on the door---welcoming us. It was such a beautiful, amazing condo for the price--couldn't beat it! I truly kept thinking during our stay that the owners were sharing their blessings with us. We hope to visit again. I don't know if I've ever been more relaxed. God Bless Your Family!

It was our first time to St. Augustine and we rented this condo off the internet. Beautiful view, great beach, comfy and close to all. The condo exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Great place and I highly recommend it to anyone.

This was our first time to St. Augustine. We loved everything about your beautiful Condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were so well kept. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant down the street serves great food. Who could ask for anything more? They have the best Sea Food Chowder in Florida. The Wildflower is the place to eat. Bring your camera. When the sun comes up over the ocean in the morning you will need it. We are 70 plus and have spent a lot of weeks-months in Condos with ocean front views, but your Condo has the best view in Florida. We loved it. Sincerely, George and Joyce

Beautiful condo and wonderful view! Very short walk to the beach. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & sight-seeing. Kitchen is full of extra items. Our little girl loved her bedroom! Very relaxing and comfortable. We loved it!

We want to thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We knew when we walked through the front door that we were going to love it here. The ocean view is amazing. Last weekend, we spent hours being entertained by the whales. It was a thrill to watch them. Hope to come back soon.

We have really enjoyed the beautiful view. We have sampled all the good restaurants close by. You have a good stock of cooking supplies – loved the big pots.
