This Condominium is located in the peaceful community of Makaha Valley. The community offers many amenities. Twenty-four hour gated/guarded entry, 2 swimming pools (scheduled water aerobics), kiddy pools, spa's, barbeque areas, tennis, and basketball courts. The friendly, on-site management office offers fax & copy service...if this is a working vacation. The landscaping is plentiful and is well taken care off. There are also gorgeous peacocks that roam the complex.
A/C unit in the living areas provided and ceiling fans in the bedrooms! All furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. are less then 2 years old. Brand new, plush carpeting too! The 2 bedrooms are spacious and provide plenty of room for your luggage. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, utensils, flatware, dishes, etc.). Appliances include the refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The comfortable living room is located just off of the kitchen and includes access to the full sized lanai. The lanai backs to a large, lush greenbelt with beautiful trees..perfect when a breeze comes through. This first floor unit is a short walk from your Free parking space and the on-site laundry facility. Also...you won't have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs! Just down the street is the famous Makaha Beach. Within walking distance are two golf courses with mountain views and the Makaha Valley Resort & Golf Club. The resort features dining, golf, and more. If you enjoy beaches, golfing, and shopping minus the crowds...this is the place for you. But Waikiki is still just an hour away.
The airport is 40 minutes away. Shopping, commercial restaurants, the movie theatres, even a water park for the kids is located in Kapolei just a short 20 minute drive. The well known Ko'Olina Resort featuring the "Paradise Cove Luau", is a short 20 minute drive too!! Local restaurants, grocery stores, Aloha wear shopping, and fast food (McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc.) is 5 minutes away. Just down the street is a cyber-cafe and snorkel/souvenir shop. You can schedule your excursions and/or rent all beach equipment (snorkel gear, surfboard's, boogie boards, etc.) down the street at Paradise Isle Makaha. We do provide a small assortment of beach equipment too! Golfing...Beaches...Beautiful mountain views...all at an affordable price. This is country living...Hawaiian Style.
