Hi Paulette, Thank you very much! We had a great time and enjoyed your home thoroughly! The people at the concierge were extremely helpful and the grounds were really nice for walks. We all talked about coming back to be able to enjoy Disneyworld and some of the other attractions. This time it was all about our son's graduation from Full Sail U. We did go to Gatorland and Boggy Creek for an airboat ride, and also downtown Disney. Thanks again and I hope your hubby heals so you can enjoy your life with him. I can not say enough about this place! My family loved the condo, great location, clean, well kept and a great home away from home! Everything was as good or even better than described in the listing. Owners were very easy to work with, fast communication via email was great. If planning a trip to Disney, the location is perfect - lots of restaurants, activities and shops for everyone. Being in a gated community was very reassuring and eliminated any worries. Having lots of space to relax both inside and out was just what we needed. The complex was a good size with nice amenities, pool, vollyball net, game room, Tiki bar and helpful front desk staff! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Great condo in great resort, close to parks

After reading many reviews, we decided upon Terra Verde, and were not disappointed at all with the condo resort. We have 2 young children (2 yrs and 6 months), and we traveling with my mother in law. The staff at the front gate and information were fabulous and gave us directions to local restaurants and recommended a place to get tickets to the Disney parks. The pool is also awesome! My 2 year old loved it....and while I was unsure if my 6 month old would be okay - they heat the pool, so we were all it there after coming home. Really great pool for little ones as the entrance is gradual, with the deepest point being only 6 feet. As for the unit itself - it was super clean upon arrival, and had everything we possibly needed. Just a couple of suggestions to the owners (who were awesome to deal with); a few extra rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. I know that it is a place where you (as renters) are expected to bring all the food in, but I would have expected toilet paper. We ended up having to get a package; but I wonder what happens to it once we leave the unit? I hope the next people can have it. We also left behind some laundry detergent (in hopes that the next family can use it). The hot tub was great to relax in after a busy day at the parks, and was very simple to operate. The unit had new carpet on the stairs and in all bedrooms upstairs - again; everything was really clean. I would highly recommend renting this unit to anyone. Overall experience made the entire trip just that much better! Thanks to Paulette and Mitchell!

We really enjoyed our stay at our vacation home and found the resort to be excellent. Our kids loved the community pool and with the heat we used it every evening after coming back from the parks. Your home is lovely and very warm and welcoming. I have recommended the home to a friend of mine named Javier V. which lives in my building here in Mexico City. He is planning a vacation to Disney for later on this month.. I’ll get back to you later on as we plan another Disney vacation next summer! Saludos from Mexico!

Enjoyed my stay here very much, clean and safe, very nice owners and management company. Lots of wonderful amenities and great pool. The location is ideal to theme parks, shopping and restaurants, just a few mins away. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to return again.

Description accurate regarding the location. Property clean in general. Carpet in stairs and second floor needs to be changed (old and stained). Would not recommend this property.

This was our first time renting a condo instead of staying at a hotel. It was very easy to book, very easy to check in, and was the best lodging experience we've ever had on vacation. Nice owners, great management company, and a clean, safe environment. The pool was wonderful at the clubhouse and the tiki bar convenient for refreshments. I would recommend this condo to anyone:)

My family usually has selected hotels for our vacation. This year we decided to try a condo resort. Thank you, we just loved it. The resort had so many amenities and the location to Disney and Universal was terrific. Directions for groceries and shopping were much appreciated. Your place is a cutie and we all had a place to go and hang out which is much better than hotels can offer. We loved the patio for the hot tub, grilling and eating outside. And, I loved the kitchen and warm colors you have used in decorating. Everything was spotless, thanks! I highly recommend your property and we hope to book again in the future. Sincerely, Mrs. J. Resort was great, but house was a bit run down

The Terra Verde resort was great; loved the pool area and clubhouse, and felt very safe with the 24hr securtity at the entrance gate. The location is fantastic ... just a few minutes from Publix, Wal-mart, Target, and all the restaurants and shops along the 192. All main theme parks and outlet shopping are within a 10-25 minute drive. Everything was good in terms of renting the unit, and dealing with the owner and the local management company. And the unit is only a short walk to the clubhouse and pool, which was really convenient. The listing description was mostly accurate in terms of location, layout and the amenities included. The house was a little more run down than expected. The courtyard had empty planters and an old hot tub cover, as well as other debris that we cleaned up when we first arrived. The "grill" that was available for our use was a small rusty table-top BBQ that we didn't use. Everything else inside was clean, but could be updated, as it is showing the wear and tear of the muliple tenants. For example, towels are getting frayed and we had difficulty cooking breakfast due to the low quality of the frying pans. There were stains on the furntiture and the carpets, and a lot of marks on the walls. We also had trouble getting the hot tub to the right temperature, usually too hot but was also too cold on a couple of evenings. We stayed for 15 nights and only managed to have a good temperature 1 evening. This was disappointing as we really considered this to be a perk of this unit, and we like to use a hot tub after a day in theme parks or shopping. I'd also recommend providing a bit more in the way of essentials to get people started, some coffee (even just enough for 1 small pot), a few paper towels, a bit of laundry detergent, some all purpose cleaner, and salt and pepper for instance. Providing additional instructions on how to use the hot tub, TV remote controls, Playstation would also be extemely helpful. Overall, I'd recommend the Terra Verde resort, but would not stay in this particular unit again unless it receives some TLC.

We have not been at the unit recently because of my husband’s illness. However, there is an on-site management team who has been prompt in addressing any issues or concerns that may arise once they are informed. We are sorry you did not communicate early in your stay the concerns you listed. We had always had good reviews and hope to have you return and have a happy experience in the unit. There is a handbook in our home that has instructions on operating the hot tub, and using the TV remote as well as other helpful tidbits about the resort, and the Disney area. This week we did have the management company paint and replace linens purchased in December 2011.You were correct about the grill condition and we just replaced it with a new 22-inch Weber for the patio. It is nice to see groceries but our home is self-catering as stated in our advertisement and information. We have shared your comments with our managers who were unaware of the difficulties you were experiencing. Thank you for your stay and feedback.

good place to stay with family

The property was clean and properly maintained by the owners. Had all amenities. The community is very safe and reliable. Good response from the reception. One thing that we thought could be improved was this: The floor was sticky and we guess it is because of the cleaning stuff they use. But we did not expect that as we are paying 80/- $ as cleaning fee. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My stay was excellent! Everything on the listing was exactly what was in the townhome. The photos were very accurate, which was a plus. Terra Verde Resort is beautiful, with a pool and poolside bar. The resort was close enough to Orlando, especially International Blvd/Universal Studios. Check-in and check-out went very smooth. Great townhome for the price. Definitely beat staying in a hotel for the trip. The townhome was really clean and everything was in place. The manual for the townhome was helpful, especially if you are a first time visitor to Orlando. CityWalk at Universal (21+) was great. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby.We wished we could have stayed longer and we will defintely be using this rental to our future trips to Orlando.

Great stay! We loved the house, everything was perfect and clean. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We felt like home. The house had everything we needed and much more, like a picnic basket!!!! It was our first time renting a home away and we will definitely return.

What a wonderful home! The home was exactly as described, and the pictures do not do it justice. Only 10 minutes from Disney, and less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, Target, WalMart - everything you could need. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, the kids went swimming almost every night. The rest of the family enjoyed the hot tub each night. Planning the trip couldn't have been easier - all the information we needed, like directions to the home, was provided well ahead of time. After staying here, we have decided there is no way we would stay in a hotel on a Disney trip ever again. I would recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to central Florida.

It was a beautiful, roomy townhouse. I loved being able to wash my clothes. We were near everything - restaurants, Wal-Mart, Target ,etc. I got my monies worth and much more. I will definitely return.

We were delighted with the accomidations. Our three generational family was comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness and location of this property. The Terra Verde development was beautiful and very secure. We appreciated the on site property managers who were there too help us with our needs. We will be back. AAU Volleyball family from Michigan (third place finishers).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo. My 3 granchildren loved the pool and the game room. I liked having an enclosed patio for them to play. We were very close to Disney World and Sea World and the contact you gave us for tickets was great. I have already told several people about your condo and would definetly come again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house during our family vacation to Orlando 4/4/08 to 4/9/08! This house was perfect for our family. The kitched was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My childern enjoyed the house a lot. It's very close to all disney attractions in a very nice gated community. This lovely townhouse is an excellant place to stay for a vacation in central Florida. Very good value for the cost. It was conveniently located close to all the famous Orlando attractions. The unit was bright and cheery, well furnished and meticulously clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub/Jacuzzi spa in the enclosed, private patio. What a pleasure after hours exploring Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. I am able to happily and enthusiasticly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful visit and thought it was sweet that the table was all set for dinner when we arrived.Your home was perfect for us.It was nice to have a big fridge/freezer to keep all our water bottles cold,late night snacks and ice cream, etc.My family feels that we got our money's worth and then some.We have already recommended your home to friends and will definitly return.
