The superb location of this spot makes for a joy-filled and satisfying vacation. This unique waterfront home has a "Million Dollar View" of Meredith Bay. A 25 foot expanse of sliding glass doors off the dining-living room leads to a private deck overlooking the Bay. The water surrounding the home makes you feel like you are on a boat. The home is so close to the Lake's edge that you can see the fish in the crystal clear water below and watch the local loons fishing along the shore. Relaxing on the deck, all of Meredith Bay is spread out before you like a stage of water sport performances from water-skiing to trolling for fish to sailing in summer and bobhouse ice-fishing activities to cross-country skiing to snowmobiling to ice-boat races in winter.
A short stroll on the Pleasant Street sidewalk along the lakefront on past Meredith Yacht Club takes you to the excellent restaurants in downtown Meredith, including the famous Hart's Turkey Farm and a movie theater. This mini-shopping center with a Rite-Aid Pharmacy and Hannaford's Supermarket is a
3 minute drive away with a DUNKIN DONUTS across the street. This home has easy access to Route 93, with no long waits in traffic. Located in Town near Church Landing, Mill Falls Marketplace, Annalee's Doll Factory, and the Mt. Washington and Mailboat Cruise departures, a ten minute ride takes you to Funspot, racing cars and the sandy beach and boardwalk arcades of Weirs Beach.
