For memories to always cherish, this is one of the traditional ocean side condos that you went to when you were a kid. Just steps to the beach, you can hear the waves. No crossing highways or finding a place to park (assigned parking). This is a spacious, two bedroom, two bath with large kitchen/dining/living room combo. Large porch style deck facing the ocean side with warm morning sun for those early coffee brewers or better yet, it’s great to gather on the deck for pickin' crabs.
Close to everything. Walk to beach (close enough to break for the bathroom and meals), walk to dining, shopping, entertainment, children’s park a couple blocks away, outdoor activities. Fully equipped for easy vacationing if you prefer to stay out of the hustle and bustle. (Washer/dryer, TVs, DVDs, radio, lawn chairs, fully equipped kitchen dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee), large breakfast bar plus six-place dining table.)
We rent to families only, but will consider other combinations on a case-by-case. All renters must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy rental period.
