Another fabulous summer up in Grand Lake! We spent a week and it flew by. We saw two moose, three deer and laughed at the playful chipmunks. We went boating on the lake and tubing. Jumped off the dock at the marina in freezing cold water. Loved going into town and visiting all of the shops. Took the kids hiking up in Adams Falls. Kids loved go-cart racing, lilliputt golf, music in the park and Buffalo BBQ. We had dinner at the Rapids - what a gorgeous view of the water. We have so many great memories and love coming up every summer. We took the kids to Winter Park and had so much fun going down the Alpine Slide, rock climbing, zip-lining, and miniature golfing. Thank you for renting the condo for 2 years straight. We love the accommodations and Grand Lake is beautiful.

Thank you so much for opening up your condo for our honeymoon! It was so perfect for what we enjoy doing. We saw tons of elk and a few moose. We went sky diving, white water rafting, 4 wheeling, hiking, kayaking, golfing and went to a show at the local theater in Grand Lake. It was such a perfect week. Thank you. P.S. Your place is beautiful and the mountain view is breathtaking

Thank you for having such a comfortable and immaculate condo. We had a ball cross country skiing and tubing. We went to the tree lighting in the village and had delicious hot chocolate and cookies. We enjoyed watching the Alabama/Auburn game at Sagebrush where the food and atmosphere were great. Thanks for everything!

Grand Lake, CO is God’s county, so peaceful and relaxing. We had a great trip with our family and friends. We took a trip to Winter Park to go down the Alpine Slides and the kids rode on the zip lines. Weather sure was unpredictable, started out sunny and warm, then in 10-15 minutes thunderstorms. The kids loved the speedway car races! We relaxed and swam in the lake – so cold! We hiked up Adam’s Fall and took so many great pictures! The kids highlight was the full day Whitewater rafting trip down the Colorado River. They braved the rapids without a tear. We have had a blast and hate to go back to California. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your cozy place! I was pleased that we were so close to everything in town – we hardly had to drive anywhere (except to put in our kayaks!) – the grocery store, the stables, even the beach. Kayaker tips: Early morning and late afternoon the lake is like glass, the wind kicks up at 10am and slowly dies down around 4pm. Evening on Shadow Mountain Lake is magical! Oh and don’t forget about Buffalo BBQ days! Sitting in the grass, having a drink, watching and listening to live Texas Swing and bluegrass with the lake and mountains in the background – life doesn’t get better than that! Your place is beautiful! Thanks!

This was our 8th year of spending a weekend getaway in Colorado - not only to enjoy July 4th but to celebrate a family member's 30th birthday. The condo was a perfect location as well as clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Lake area - hiking, shopping and fireworks. We all needed the getaway and weren't disappointed. Taking wonderful new memories home with us...

Happy New Year 2010! We had a wonderful time in Grand Lake and on our 2 snowshoe outings. Your place is cozy and the Christmas tree was such a nice festive touch. What a perfect winter setting. We can only imagine how great it is here in the summer!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and surroundings. The Monarch Lake Loop was a great trail - 2 1/2 hours and 5 miles. Two of us stayed up past our bed time to enjoy the fireworks and it was more than worth it! Spectacular! The best we have ever seen! If you are here for New Years make it happen!
