Looking for the perfect location for your family vacation? Look no further. This third floor condo overlooks the gulf at Pinnacle Port, a gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach with private beach, two swimming pools, children’s playground, four lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, boat docks and launch ramps, exercise facility, and sauna.
Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. Free movie rentals and internet cafe use are provided there, and during the summer, free concerts called, "Groovin’ on the Green" are held every Monday night in Downtown Carillon. The Carillon Beach Sports Grill has live team trivia on Tuesday and Saturday nights, and Live Karaoke on Friday nights. Other unique restaurants and shops are also located there.
The condo has three queen-size beds and a sofa which converts to a fourth queen-size bed. There are two TVs, one with a DVD player and the other with a VCR. The wrap around balcony affords a gorgeous view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets. The location offers seclusion from the crowds, but is close to many activities and conveniences.
Two large supermarkets are just across the highway, and Silver Sands Mall, the largest designer outlet center in the United States with over 100 designer stores is about a twenty minute drive from the condo. These stores are open every day except Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.
Golf, movies, fine dining and other forms of entertainment are just a short drive away. No pets or smoking allowed.

I would recommend this unit to anyone with or without children. This year was The Book families third year to stay in this particular unit. We take a family vacation every year and have stayed in other units but over all this one is our favorite. The view is abosolutly gorgeous from the wrap-around balcony, which we spend alot of our early mornings as well as our evenings on. We find this unit very conveniently located for getting to the beach. The owner is a very pleasant person to deal with...We are currently planning to book our 2013 Book Family Vacation. Thanks for making The Book Famlies vacation a great experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We had the best time ever! The condo is great and you can't beat the view. Water everywhere you look. The owner is especially great to work with, very accomodating.
