Newer house (completed March 8, 2002). This beautiful Beachfront Home is situated on a quiet beach in gated community. Gorgeous views, private heated pool with spa, elevator, fishing nearby, PRIVATE boardwalk to the quiet uncrowded beach.

This home can easily accommodate two families (two separate living rooms each with 36 inch TV's) and is perfect for family get-togethers. Three of the five bedrooms are Gulf-front with walk-out large deck overlooking the Gulf. Bedding includes two Kings (Gulf-Front), two Queens (1 gulf front), two twin, and two Queen sleeper sofa (one sofa in each living room). Each bedroom has a TV with cable. Master has computer with Internet access. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Wifi provided at no extra cost, and a computer with Hi-Speed internet access is provided. You can also plug your laptap into the Hi-Speed connection if desired. FREE LONG-DISTANCE CALLS!!!

For the times when you are outside enjoying the beach and the pool, there is an outside enclosed restroom, outside shower, and fish cleaning sink. There are also many bicycle paths on the island and bikes can be rented locally and dropped off at the house.

Wonderful large Chef's kitchen with Corian counter-tops where you can prepare and eat dinner while enjoying the great view of the Gulf. There are also several seafood restaurants nearby serving world-famous Apalachicola oysters.

Beautiful St. George Island is a natural playground located about 60 miles east of Panama City. The beaches are rarely crowded. There are many activities including swimming, boating, water sports, world-class fishing, wildlife viewing, and biking. There are bicycle paths running throughout the island that offer a safe place for bicycling, skating, running or just walking.

Award winning St. George Island State Park takes up the entire eastern end of the island and offers hiking, kayaking and sunbathing in a pristine undisturbed beach setting. The Island and nearby Apalachicola offers old town charm, excellent restaurants serving world-famous Apalachicola Oysters and fresh seafood, and plenty of shops to explore.
