The living and master bedroom face the gulf with gulf and bay views from the kitchen. This fourth floor, Okaloosa Island condo is quiet and spacious (1200 square feet).
Our unit says welcome from the minute you step in and is tastefully decorated. This all tiled condo has high speed internet. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and private bath and TV with VCR. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with private bathroom and a TV.
Sliding doors from the living area and master bedroom have access to the tiled balcony overlooking the Gulf. The patio table and chairs on the balcony may be used for outside dining.
The large pool is beachside with private boardwalk to the beautiful white sand beach with picnic area and charcoal grills. This condo and beach make an excellent choice for families and snow birds, lending to your fun and relaxation with the sound of the ocean. At the end of Okaloosa Island (which is only about 4 miles long) you'll find miles of beaches to explore.
We have many golf courses within a 20 mile radius. Great restaurants located on Okaloosa Island. Charter boats for deep sea fishing are five minutes from the condo. Shopping mall is only 15 minutes. An on-site tennis court is available at no charge.
