Located in the heart of Rancho Mirage, just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, our corner lot home was built in 2003 and is 2300 square feet.
This home is tiled throughout with comtemporary porcelein tile. It is recently decorated and furnished with designer furniture from Bernhardt, Century, and Lexington. Our home has 2 bedrooms, and a den/office which is equipped with high speed wireless DSL, and printer/fax.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertop is attached to the Media/Family room that overlooks the pool/backyard area with ceiling to floor windows. The Media/Family room is equipped with large Widescreen HDTV with Bose 6.1 Surround Sound.
The master bathroom opens up separately to the backyard and is very luxurious. The guest bedroom has it's own bathroom just across the hall. We offer a formal dining and living room area as well as a dining area outside on our side patio. All of the outdoors living area is surrounded by a privacy wall and is landscaped beautifully with many desert variety plants.
Rancho Mirage is known as the Playground to the Presidents and hosts many world famous golf courses and spas. A few miles away is Palm Desert which is the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs. Also, lots of great restaurants to try as well. There are views of the mountains from the property and who doesn't enjoy the gorgeous weather of the desert!!

Our visit to this Vista Mirage home was outstanding in every way. The amenities and the home's appearance were far beyond our expectations. The house, patio and pool were immaculate! The owner was readily accessible, helpful and friendly, although there was only one time we called during our visit. . We have stayed in several Palm Springs area properties, and this was by far the BEST! My wife and I can't wait to return.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this beautiful house in July 2010. We were impressed with such high quality furniture, decorations and the owner pays so much attention into detail. It has almost everything you need! The pool and spa are absolutely clean and beautiful, we stay in the pool everyday! I have always dreamed of staying in a model home and here it is! The owner is so nice and flexible! Highly recommended!

Thank you SO much for everything. Your home away from home is just what the doctor ordered. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the front door and were greeted with the beautiful orchid. We will remember our little getaway every time we look at it.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from sitting in the front room enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee each morning to swimming and relaxing in the pool and Jacuzzi from sun-up to well into the night…to retiring for the evening whether it be relaxing in the family room watching some TV or just cozying into the soft sheets of the beds.You have truly paid attention to every detail, all of which allowed for a very restful weekend. We loved it so much that we already have our next trip booked already. Thank you again for everything!

We arrived for a month stay several days ago and feel totally impressed with this home. It is everything that the description states and then some. I am assuming it is professionally decorated with very high quality furnishings and accessories. The kitchen is certainly well stocked and lends itself to entertaining or simply staying in, if we desire. It is very clean and well maintained, which is very important to us. If you are into sound systems and electronics, you will certainly appreciate what the owner has provided. He even provides detailed instructions on how to operate everything. We would most definitely return.

We stayed at the house for a long weekend in October 2008. It is absolutely gorgeous! It was extremely comfortable, very private, and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely anything and everything that you would need to cook, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hottub are great, and the landscaping is beautiful. As nice (or nicer) than being in your own home!
