Original Sea Pines cottage on walkway in desirable Sea Pines, half way between South Beach and Harbour Town. Three brightly decorated bedrooms upstairs - Master with king bed and private full bath and cable TV, one bedroom with two twin beds and one with trundle bed that share full hall bath. Downstairs bedroom with double bed and day bed, cable TV and private bath. Open Living/dining area upstairs with cable TV and DVD. Couch has a pull-out bed for extra sleeping space.
Cook fresh seafood from the marina in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a candlelit dinner on the upstairs screened porch.
Easily walk to the beach or ride your bikes to nearby family-friendly South Beach or Harbour Town. This house is located on one of the best beaches on the island -- open only to property owners and their guests, there is plenty of room to spread out, ride your bike or walk to your heart's content. South Beach Marina and Harbour Town offer a variety of dining and shopping options, as well as plethora of outdoor activities (parasailing, windsurfing, deep sea and shark fishing and dolphin watches), and nightly entertainment. Access to community pool and tennis courts for an additional fee.
