Indigo Sands consists of our two oceanfront cottages - Sand Kastle (2BR) and Sand Dollar(1BR).
Indigo Sands is located in the Sandy Bay area of Roatan, one of the Bay Islands off the coast of Honduras. This property sits on 150' of fine sandy beach with it's own dock - great for sunbathing,relaxing or to swim and snorkel from. It lies within the Sandy Bay Marine Reserve providing a tranquil spot to observe birds, windsurfers and dive boats.
Many of the best dive sites lie just off the reef and can be reached from the beach or nearby dive operators. Watch the spectacular Caribbean ocean as the waves lap over the reef-from the comfort of a screened porch or sit on the dock and watch the sun sink gently into the sea.

Sand Dollar is a newly constructed-unique octagonal shaped cottage that lends itself to the never ending ocean breezes. The main area with it's beautiful vaulted ceilings is a combined living/dining room and kitchen. The French doors open out onto a spacious screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped, even including a coffee grinder so you can enjoy freshly brewed Honduran coffee! This one bedroom cottage has a double bed with linens,closet and air conditioner.
Living room pull out will accommodate two more guests. The three piece bath has a large separate tiled walk in shower-complete with glass block-and toilet area. Adjacent to that is the sink/vanity area. Personal robes are provided for your comfort during your stay. All rooms have ceiling fans and very large windows for maximum air flow and the very best view of the ocean!
Enjoy a day of snorkelling on our beach,rinse off in the outdoor shower,stow your gear in the provided storage and then relax with one of Roatan's famous sunsets.
