Welcome to the Villa Oceano. This wonderful and artsy villa is located across the street from the Pacific Ocean. This very open and eclectic two bedroom/two bathroom is located on North County's oceanfront street Neptune. Located in the funky town of Leucadia, this villa offers open-ended panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from the living room, and out onto the patio. Enjoy and relax while watching the beautiful sunset from the new furniture on the patio deck just outside of the living room!
The Villa Oceano is the top floor of a two condominium building, and has a very open and spacious area to relax while enjoying your vacation. This rental has two large bedrooms, each with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has plenty of space, with glass block separating the master bath from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a retractable Murphy bed, which is hidden nicely, and can convert, into a comfortable lounge room during the day. The second bedroom also has an office nook with every business necessity at your finger tips, including wireless internet.
The kitchen is very nicely redone in block tile throughout, with all high-end amenities including stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stacked with all the necessary pots and pans needed for cooking, including barbecue items. We supply this rental with everything you will need to have an easy and comfortable vacation.
This wonderful villa has dynamic ocean views and is very close to two different access points to the beach. Beacon's Beach and Grandview Beach are within minutes walk from the Villa Oceano. There are many great restaurants within a short walk or a quick drive. On the end of Jason Street, there is a wonderful Sushi restaurant, and is less than a two-minute walk away! Downtown Encinitas is a short 15-20 minute walk, or less than a five-minute drive. Along the coastal highway, the 101, there are many boutique shops and restaurants that are wonderful and are very close to our villa. |
