Very nice modern home with a king, a queen, and two twins. Close in but far enough for privacy. Carpet and tile flooring, rock fireplace, and three nice-sized bedrooms. Less than two miles to many restaurants and shopping in the Pagosa Lakes core area. Access to fitness center and fishing lakes.

Wolf Creek ski area, with the most snow in Colorado, is 25 minutes away. The San Juan River runs through Pagosa with some of the best fly fishing and Navajo dam is an hour away. The beautiful Williams Creek lake is a 30-minute drive. Pagosa's famous hot springs are a five-minute drive away.

  • Thsis was our first time using VRBO and found the experience to go very smoothly. We used this home during spring break for our annual ski trip. The McNown's home was great and was represented accurately on the website. It also included a fenced yard and a glassed-in porch off the patio. They included a folder of information about the area, listing restaurants and attractions. They offered some personal preferences and suggestions as well, which we appreciated. We can confidently recommend this property. It was a great week for us.

  • Great place. The pictures don't do it justice. The main living area has a gorgeous vaulted pine ceiling, and the kitchen is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. The location is perfect, with stores & restaurants just a couple miles up the road, and just 30 minutes to the slopes. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Wolf Creek area.
