This beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated home has spectacular ocean views from nearly everywhere in the house, as well as views of the beautiful Maui mountains. You have the ocean and small sandy beach just steps from your lanai.
There are three bedrooms. The master facing the ocean with a king bed with a spectacular upper lanai, the second bedroom facing the mountains with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with views of the ocean and mountains with a king bed and twin bed (or the king bed can be converted to two twins for a total of three twin beds on the third floor). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor. Large butcher block table in the large gourmet kitchen makes a perfect and inviting gathering place for friends and family. The home is very well supplied and provides all the comforts of home.
This home is part of the beautifully landscaped, gated community of Puamana. If you have never been to Puamana, you may very well find yourself falling in love with the property and wanting to return year after year as many guests do. Puamana is a picturesque oceanfront community on 30 acres of lovingly maintained tropical grounds.
There are three swimming pools(including one right on the ocean), tennis and badminton courts, a restored plantation home/clubhouse, and large grassy open spaces. And Puamana is a well-known surf spot which residents can access right from the property!
Puamana is located in Lahaina about a mile from the historic downtown. Here you will find many great restaurants, galleries, shops and activities -- just walking distance from your home.

I can't praise this property enough! Going into our vacation, we were a bit nervous about renting a condo because it was a new experience; now that we have, we'll never go back to a hotel. Our primary concern was that the condo would not meet be as nice as advertised. I'm happy to say it is even better--the photos do not do it justice. Yes, it is literally on the ocean. Yes, the furnishing are luxurious. Yes, everything you could ever need is provided (snorkels, fins, water shoes, sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, etc.). The three-story condo easily accommodated five adults and three children without feeling the least bit cramped. An even better surprise, however, is how wonderful the entire Puamana compex is. The beach is private and has great waves, there is a kid-friendly pool and a "quiet" pool that is literally on the ocean, the clubhouse is beautiful and fun to visit. My children loved the green belt in front of the condo and even met a neighbor they had fun playing with. We planned a ton of activities while in Maui, but our best days were the ones we spent "at home" hanging out on the lanai and at the beach. I guarantee you will not be disappointed by this property. Jacqueline is wonderful to work with and was very prompt in communicating with me. She is also great at answering questions and providing feedback about what to do. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer!

What a way to spend my parents 50th wedding anniversary!! This was a wonderful property that was designed beautifully inside and out. Great views and awesome lounging in the evenings with the trade winds blowing to help one relax. Home fit 9 people very comfortably (6 adults / 3 children). Everything was as it was portrayed and more. Very easy access to the beach and close to downtown Lahaina for all the activities (Halloween is crazy!!!) Hated to leave a constant 86 degrees but 8 days was just right. When we come back, we will be looking up this property again. A great experience. Thanks Jacqueline

We stayed in this beautiful townhouse from 1/12/09 to 1/17/09, and enjoyed it so much that we were reluctant to leave the property for other vacation activities. The upstairs deck turned out to be the very best spot we found anywhere on Maui for whale watching ... including the unnecessary boat excursion we booked on our last day on Maui. Location is walking distance from a wonderful shopping and dining area. Neighbors were all quiet, considerate and friendly. The owners were very nice (Thanks again, Jacqueline), and prepared with many helpful suggestions concerning our dining and entertainment, and we certainly hope to visit again.

The photos do not do this place justice and that is the first time I can say that from an internet experience. The house was lovely, fully equipped with everything imaginable - bikes, surfboards, internet, outdoor equipment, great location. Beautiful. We had other guests who were vacationing come into our villa and were in awe of how much nicer our place was. Very comfortable for our 6 guests as all could sleep in bedrooms. 8 would see 2 sleeping in the loungeroom (which was large and comfortable). Property was very clean and well maintained. I would suggest that whoever stays gets up the clubhouse promptly to register vehicles as we were the recipients of some notices on our windows. Fines do apply if this is not adhered to. After this experience, going back to a hotel would be a hard call. If I revisit Maui, I will definitely stay again. I have also passed on the website details to the other guests, who were frequent visitors to Maui. Hopefully this will lead to some repeat business for this villa. Jacqueline was lovely to work with. Very, very enjoyable time had by all.

The 30 acre Puamana property is an enjoyable and relaxing spot. Just a short walk to Old Town. The unit met all of our needs, sleeping six( 2 couples and 2 seperate singles) allowing us to have a great time on Maui. We were able to eat in as often as we wanted along with great BBQ in the back next to ocean. A few ants outside, just follow suggestions of NO Foods left on countertops overnite and empty trash nitely. Would stay again especially in this unit. Get as much info on the unit you are trying to rent, since they vary in location - size and even appointments.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
