DESTIN WEST BEACH and BAY RESORT is a newer property on the family-friendly Okaloosa Island. The Beachside has one of the largest pools in the area, and guests are free to use the WATER SQUIRT PARK and restaurants at the adjacent Ramada Inn. The Bayside has a WATERFALL POOL and a LAZY RIVER with a ZERO-DEPTH ENTRY POOL. There is excellent WINDSURFING in the bay on the BAYSIDE of the resort.
This 2BR+bunkroom unit is located centrally in the crescent-shaped BEACHSIDE resort. The balcony faces southwest for beautiful sunsets. This unit is located near the elevator and the SKYBRIDGE entrance. The door on the unit features a key code so that there is no longer a problem with lost/non-functioning key cards. If the code is lost, a quick phone call to the on-site management will give out a new code to have your party back inside the unit in no time. The bunk room has a lower double bed and an upper single bed and is great for kids. There is a TV/DVD combo in the bunk room as well. There are two couches in the Living Area for plenty of comfortable seating.

ADDITIONAL RATE/RENTAL INFO:
--Rates do not include a cleaning fee of $105 and 11% Florida tax.
--Fall rates apply to Holiday Bookings.
--3 Nt minimum.
However, nightly stays may not be available until 2 weeks before arrival during the summer.
--There is a $350 deposit which is due upon booking.
--If cancellation is made before 30 days of check-in there will be a $100 fee (plus tax).
--If cancellation/shortening of stay is made inside 30 days until check-in, the deposit will be forfeited. Also, between May 1 and Sept 1, if cancellation occurs within 30 days, there will be an additional 35% charge of the rate quoted.
--You must be age 25 or older to reserve a room and must be present during stay.
--MAXIMUM Number of Occupants is 9 persons total (including infants and chilren). Violators are subject to eviction.

- This Unit is on the BEACHSIDE of a BEACH and BAY RESORT. The BEACHSIDE has one of the LARGEST POOLS in the area, a Hot Tub, a Kiddie Pool, Additional Pool that is not on the gulf but is partially covered and is heated seasonally, a GULF-FRONT EXERCISE FACILITY. Additionally, guests are permitted to use the Adjacent Facilities at the Ramada Inn which include a WATER SQUIRT PARK, and restaurants. The BEACH and BAY RESORTS are connected by a SKYBRIDGE, and this unit is located on the Third Floor of a Six-story Building in a central location very close to the elevator and the SKYBRIDGE entrance. There is a COVERED PARKING DECK that all guests are free to use. The BAYSIDE has a large POOL with WATERFALL, a LAZY RIVER Ride and Hot Tubs. There is an ON-SITE OFFICE for check in. This unit is HANDICAPPED Accessible. FREE BEACH SERVICE included with rental (2 chairs and one umbrella).
