We needed a place to meet in central VA for Easter weekend for kids at various colleges. Wintergreen was the perfect location and this was the perfect house. Well outfitted, beautiful furnishings, like new appliances and great views. We highly recommend this house and the owners. They were great to deal with.

Went to Wintergreen for our annual college friends get-together weekend. We had 5 couples and one infant and the house was GREAT! The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We had a great time despite the 60 plus mph winds at night that kept most of us up. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend in a great house.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids under the age of 7 and we had a ball. The upstairs bedrooms were great each with a king and separate bath. The house was clean and well stocked. Great place to have a group. Less than 3 minute drive to parking lot for slopes. Busy resort, recommend renting skis night before (after 6 pm not charged until the next day). Devil's backbone is great restaurant. Pam (owner) can give baby sitter recommendations. If keenan is still around we highly recommend her. Driveway fits 3 cars easily. thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a wonderful vacation. We hope to come back one day soon.

Between all of the people in our family, we’ve rented a lot of vacation properties. This property was by far our best investment and most enjoyable. It’s perfect for multiple couples and children. It’s spacious, immaculate, the views are gorgeous and you have everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. I can’t say enough good things about the property and we look forward to coming back!

What a great long weekend! We rented this lovely home over MLK weekend. The owners were very communicative and organized. We had 2 families with teenagers and the house worked perfectly. The basement area was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed being further away in the 3rd floor bedrooms. We all enjoyed the kitchen/great room area on the main floor and the beautiful views. The house was well maintained and very clean and the location of the property was convenient to the Mountain Inn and slopes. We hope to return next year. Thank you!!

We spent a week at this property with our entire family which was our christmas gift to them. We had a great stay inspite of the warm weather. The home was nicely decorated, I love the bronze dear by the fireplace. The views were very nice and that is the reason we rented. We were very satisfied and the owners were as easy to work with as any we have dealt with.

This house was a great place for us to spend Thanksgiving. We had our 2 children and both sets of grandparents with us. The layout of the house accommodated all of us, gave us places to gather and also provided privacy when desired. We even had one family member in a wheelchair who had easy access throughout the ground level floor where all the main social activities occurred. This is a great weekend/holiday get away, situated in a good location on the mountain and very easy access. We would definitely consider return to this house. The kids loved the bunk beds and open floor plan of the lower level where "their" room was. Owner interactions were also very good.

College Brothers and I rented this wonderful home to partcipate in the Tough Mudder race. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The house was up to date in decor. It have everything we needed. When we arrived the house was clean/fresh and had no presence of the previous renters. The bed were big and comfortable. As grown men we argued over who would get the bunk beds. The host communicated with me routinely through the six months prior to our stay. Payments were made by deposit at BofA. She upheld the posted pricing even though it was a misprint and promptly returned our security deposit. I highly recommend this home because of its beauty, convienence and the owners. Thank you for the memories!!!!

My family enjoyed our recent vacation at this property during the week leading up to Labor Day. The house was beautifully decorated with high end finishes. We really enjoyed the easy access to great hiking just steps away from the house. The basement is ideal for families with tweens and teens ... the bunk room/den makes for a good teen hideout. The owner was helpful and responsive to all of our questions, both prior to our arrival as well as on the day of arrival.

Our tennis team (7 ladies) had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful Wintergreen home. The furnishings were designer and the views spectacular. We came up for a senior USTA tennis tournament and this lovely home was perfect - plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. It was nice not to have to climb any outside steps to get in and out of the house and parking was right by the door.. We watched Hurricane Irene pass through without a hitch - just a lot of rain and wind. We were snug inside playing games and having a fun time. If we are fortunate enough next year to get to play in the tournament we will hopefully rent this Wintergreen home again. It was a breeze working with the owner..

We had 3 families with small children and the house worked out great. The basement area was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms worked out well for the adults. Great kitchen area / family room with an outstanding view of the mountain. The house was very well maintained and clean. The location of the property was also very convenient to the resort. The owners were great to work with as well. Highly recommend this rental property -- we hope to come back again.

We rented this home over President's Day Weekend. The home is beautifully decorated and has lots of sleeping space. We enjoyed the views from each room and also enjoyed how close the home is located to the ski area. The home was very clean. I would recommend this home for a family reunion, several families traveling together or a girls weekend away. The owners were helpful and answered all of our questions.

We had a wonderful time renting this house. The layout was perfect for us. The parents shared a glass of wine by the fire in the livingroom after skiing and the teens had a great space in the basement to hangout. The house is close to the path that goes through the woods to Tyro and so we were able to have hot meals for lunch instead of eatting in the cafeteria. I highly recommend this house! It is in great shape, nicely decorated and has an amazing view of the ski slopes.

My daughter was married at Wintergreen Resort this past wekend. The bridal party stayed at this home-it was big enough that we didn't trip all over each other! We had a quasi-rehearsal dinner as well and it was very comfortable with about 20 people on the main level and deck. The upstairs master suites are perfect! The kids had a great time in the basement level with the bunk room, foosball table and their own entertainment area. Very well appointed, comfortable, and stunning views...!

My daughters wedding was at Wintergreen Resort this past weekend. We are so delighted that we chose this home to stay in. It is very large and spread out so that you're not tripping all over one another! At one point after the wedding we had nearly 20 people total in the home and it was perfect! The two master suites upstairs are stunning! The entire house is beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back for snow!

Rented this lovely getaway for a girl's weekend. It couldn't have been more perfect. Loved all the extra details in this spacious house!! It is a great location for many activities and sightseeing! And what a view! Our favorite activity was enjoying the magnificent view just sitting on the deck. Would love to return again next year.
