Second Floor Living Room

 

Location: Bethune Beach, Florida Central East, Florida, USA (Home is 20 miles from Daytona; 1 hour from Disney)

Accommodations:  2 Apartments or 1 Large House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 4 Baths (Sleeps 8-12)

Home is located within a two-minute walk to the beach. You have a beautiful view of the beach from the second floor balcony that is screened in with a table and chairs. There is a loft that has a dining room table so you will be able to look over the ocean while dining if you desire.

Downstairs has two bedrooms and two baths with kitchen, living room, and dining area. Second floor has two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, and dining area. Third floor loft. Balcony on back of loft with view of the river. There is also one on the front of the loft with a view of the ocean.

Manatees come into the river from April to September. My children have swam with them. Dolphins fish in the river and are awesome to watch. Fishing in the river is great.

There are wonderful inexpensive restaurants and wonderful unique places to shop in the Historical district.

The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. Beaches are very nice. Boardwalk along the ocean which you can sit on to watch the ocean.

There is a park two houses down from my house with basketball and tennis courts. Swings for the children along with outdoor grills in the park.
