House has wonderful serpentine lighted path down to the lake. Home is located near the dam in the Chatham Ford subdivision. We have just added an outdoor deck with a fire pit near the lake.
Beautiful, four-bedroom log cabin with two separate living areas to enjoy your time away! Separate loft sleeping area adds 5th bedroom area. Located on Lake Nottely a few miles outside of Blairsville, Georgia, the lake is surrounded by mountains and is known for its great fishing. The home is located in a subdivision with other million-dollar homes.
The home is decorated with outstanding, log home furniture and all modern conveniences. Large, two-story, stone gas fireplace logs in main living area with flat screen TV adjoins large, comfortable screened porch with hammock and comfortable outdoor furniture. Also located on first floor is a large MBR with walk in closet, large bathroom with double sinks and large doors opening out to upper screen porch. Lower level has Large Screen TV room with sectional couch. Hot Tub and ping pong table located on lower screen porch deck.
Two master bedrooms, king-size beds with large attached bathroom. Both master bedrooms are lake front and upper level MBR opens to deck. Bedroom three has a queen-size bed and is lakefront. Bedroom four has two sets of bunkbeds. Bedroom three and four share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Loft has an additional set of twin beds and a queen bed. There is another half bath on the main level. Laundry facilities are located on lower level
WiFi throughout home. TV's in each bedroom, living room and family room. Complete kitchen with everything you can need. We are cooks and the kitchen reflects it. This home is made for multiple family or friends staying together with TV's in every bedroom. We have many repeat renters in our home and know you will not be disappointed.

Our stay was so much fun! We brought our family, our friends, and our little dog. My son and daughter-in-law brought their puppy too. Everyone really enjoyed the boat, hot tub, ping pong table, and the fire ring outside! The only negative was repaired right away, it was a bed that turned out to have lost it slats. The owners were great and on site whenever needed. We are planning to return again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The vacation rental was as good as it looked on the web site and the boat made it even better. Would recommend to a large group of friends or two familys. We also took our two dogs with us, they loved watching the squirrels and they couldn't get out so we didn't have to worry about them.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

This cabin, and its views, are absolutely beautiful. 7 (plus a newborn) of us stayed here for New Year's Eve, and had the best time relaxing and catching up. We played ping-pong, used the hot tub, cooked and ate way too much food, and visited the nearby towns for some ice skating and shopping. Lori and Jim have stocked the cabin well beyond our expectations. Other rental properties I've stayed at are sorely lacking in pots, pans, etc., this home was stocked with high-quality cookware, so we didn't even need the extras we brought. An unexpected perk of the home was how quiet and well-insulated it was. Our friends have a 4-month old who was able to nap in peace downstairs while we were playing games upstairs. This home also keeps heat very well! Lori and Jim also kept in great contact with us throughout the entire rental process. Lori let me know the water was too low for us to use their boat while we stayed, which was unfortunate, but we will definitely be renting again in the summer so we can take advantage of that offering! Seriously, great price, tons of space, plenty to do, quiet surroundings, gorgeous view. I can't say enough great things about it. We found the property to be everything it was advertised to be....spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The boat was an added bonus, but just swimming off of the dock was wonderful! We'll be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

What a great time we all had! The house is more than accommodating. The kids loved the swim platform and the pontoon boat. Hope to make this our annual vacation spot. We went white water rafting and horse back riding. Beautiful scenery and a beautiful neighborhood. I could not have been more pleased. The owners were just delightful. The home, furnishings, amenities, etc are incredible. Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the wide range of ages of our group 7-60. The kids / teens enjoyed fishing on the dock. We all enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

Missing the High's home on Lake Nottley today! Just back yesterday from an awesome 3 day get-away! The house met and exceeded all hopes and expectations. The use of the pontoon boat made the trip! Highly recommend this rental to all! Well appointed furnishings and decor make this a place one will want to visit again and again. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. The children had a blast fishing from the boat dock. They stayed down there more than in the cabin. Thanks for making the pontoon boat available to your renters. It was very enjoyable as well. The weather was perfect while we were there. Such a gorgeous place, I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is. The scenery is perfect, the house is so awesome. We did not want to leave. About the owner: Hello from the High Family. We would love to share our log mountain home with you located on beautiful Lake Nottely. Great fishing. Dock has a wide area to jump off of into deep lake water. 6 man hot tub on screened porch with outdoor ping pong table located on the lower deck. Lots of open space in home. You can all be together or find your separate areas.
Why the Owner Chose Blairsville:
We love this lake! Surrounded by forest land on 3/4 of the lake the boat traffic is almost non-existent You see I have teenagers! They like to go on the jet ski and I don't worry that they'll run into other boats! Fishing is rated the best in Georgia.
