Mediterranean-style, new, luxury, walk-up, garden apartment. Costa Real is the perfect oasis for that romantic couple retreat or for the entire family, away from all the worries of home. You can enjoy a relaxing and breathtaking view: mountain (70%)/ocean view (30%), on a hammock from the master room private balcony, the patio on an oversize hammock, or enjoying the sun on two teak luxury chair lounges. Weather - 75 to 85 degrees year around. Located at 21 miles from San Juan International Airport (Luis Muñoz Marin Airport).

Club House: Club house opens on 2008. Call to ask about. This club has recreational facilities similar to a hotel (not similar to a condominium). This recreational facilities has two pools, one big pool and small pool for kids, has two tennis courts, one basketball court, gym with sauna and exercise equipment, one room with billiards and Ping-Pong table, miniature golf and other. If recreational facility are very important please call before reservation and ask if facility is open.

This is a community, 24-hour security, walking distance from Westin Rio Mar Hotel (five-star hotel), five minutes from Paradisus Hotel, in the top of a mountain, near three of the best beaches in the world, Luquillo Beach (Blue Flag world award), Hacienda Carabali/horses rides and Ponylandia/pony rides only for kids, El Yunque Rain Forest with rivers and La Coca Falls, play golf (five golf courses less than one hour). Take horse rides to El Yunque river and to Luquillo Beach. Very nice experience. Snorkeling in Palomino and Palominito Island. Take a boat in El Conquistador Hotel in Fajardo town (20 minutes from Rio Grande). This tiny island with very clear water has activities like snorkeling, jet ski, and kayaks for rental. Lunch available in the island (hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries). Drive 15 minutes to Fajardo town, take a ferry to Culebra. This seven-mile by four-mile was first inhabited by the Taíno and Caribe Indians. A paradise for diving, corals and sea turtles. Close to El Comandante Horse Track.

  • La estadia en Costa Real fue muy buena. Reune las expectativas esperadas. El apartamento es comodo, buen gusto en su decoracion, tranquilo, se respira paz y muy importante, la seguridad. Tiene cerca lugares a escoger como: el Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, restaurantes, kioskos de Luquillo, el Wyndham (si se desea jugar en el casino) y en especial los Outlets de Canovanas donde aprovechamos para visitarlo varias veces. Se lo recomiendo a mis amigas.

  • This property was a great find and I would definitely return. This was my first time staying at a private property rental. Before this find I would only stay at a near by 5 star resort. I was thrilled to find this property and have such a great experience. It felt like home away from home. It was close to the most beautiful beach, restaurants, rain forest, horse back riding, four wheeling, shopping and so much more. The apartment was perfect for my family and Lizette was a pleasure to deal with.

  • This condo is modernly decorated, has three bedrooms and all of the amenities you can think of. The owner Lizette Fuentes is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The condo is also located in a nice part of the island close to the beach and rain forest. I am recommending this condo to all my friends and family.

  • The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It had everything we could possibly need. This was our first time renting a vacation condo direct from an owner and Lizette was very easy to work with. We had stayed at the Westin Rio Mar 3 years ago, but needed more space and amenities since we now have kids. We will consider staying here again next time we vacation in Puerto Rico.

  • My trip to Puerto Rico has been memorable and I credit the accommodations in Rio Grande with 50% of the success of my vacation. Traveling with 4 other adults and having this condo to "rest" in was a godsend. The fact that we could all R&R after trips all over the island was great! Rio Grande is in a good location to see the eastern side of the island and of course to go to the best beach (Luquillo). The fee to get into the beach was very nominal, but well worth it. We went twice only and wished it could have been more often. The apartment was in a good location and overlooked the beautiful coastline. We drank our coffees and watched the sunrise and sunsets with mojitos. My sisters and I will have many years of happy memories recalling the evenings spend on the terrace and just gabbing. Thank you Lizette. I will rent from you again when we come back to "borinque querido" tiera of my husband.

  • We just returned from a stay at Costa Real. Loved the apartment, which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We particularly liked the terrace, the back yard and the view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom balcony. Would definitely stay there again.

  • Cannot say enough about the generosity and friendliness of Lizette, owner. She wants you to have a wonderful vacation at her home. We did just that. The surrounding area was very nice and we were just a few short miles from the rain forest. How convenient, not to mention the beach is a 5 minute drive. We will return, if she will have us.   • My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 3 bedroom,2 and half bath condo. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Beautiful View, spacious,and well maintained. Its the perfect getaway for the family or just for couples. Its roomy enough that although we traveled with my Grandmother, daughter and neice, it never seemed crowded.I highly recommend this condo. Lizette and her sister were great. THIS WILL BE MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME, IN PUERTO RICO....

  • We had an absolutely fabulous time at Lizette's place! WE were a group of 6, but only 2 of us stayed here and the others stayed at a place that was previously rented. I'm glad we decided to keep both places. Costa Real is perfect for couples or families. It is located in an area convenient to beaches as well as tourist attractions. Lizette has all the comforts of home available for you and any children who may be traveling with you. Both she and her sister were very accommodating and I will definitely be looking to return next year.
