Pearl Beach Lakehouse is a beautiful, restored, historic, five-bedroom, two full bath home is right on the lake! Come any time of year and see breathtaking sunsets, walk the beach, or enjoy s'mores around the campfire enjoying the lake breeze.
This home is fully equipped (including linens) and ready for your relaxation. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends. The downstairs includes a large gathering room with views of the lake and a front porch sitting area and a large eat in kitchen. The first floor is completed by a large master bedroom and a full bath.
Upstairs is a quiet retreat with three beautiful bedrooms facing the lake. The upstairs is completed with an additional bedroom and a full bath. There is something wonderful about falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the water.
Many people come and seldom leave the lake. You can spend the day on the bank overlooking the lake or take a few steps down to your own private beach. This home is perfect for quiet relaxation, reading, and doing nothing at all!
However, Ashtabula County is a haven for travelers looking for an affordable family vacation site. While relaxing at our home you must discover the harbor district of Ashtabula with quaint shops, Maritime and Underground Railroad Museums, and views of the Ashtabula Harbor Light. Also nearby Geneva-on-the-Lake, features summer-time fun at this historic resort district, featuring amusement park rides, miniature golf, go-karts, waterslides,a nostalgic diner, and more. Inland discover the 16 covered bridges, both historic and new. My family and I had a wonderful time at the Beach House. It was so much fun being on the water to play during the day and watching the sunsets in the evvening. The beach and lake decorations around the house were very festive. The house had lots of room. I couldn't believe we were able to fit my whole family including the grandkids in there too. We had lots of fun. The only challenge we had was the lack of air conditioning for the first 2 days when the temps were in the 90's. After that it cooled down and we were having a ball.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wow what a weekend! We loved the house, view, ambiance and grounds. The decorations were so cute and we were constantly finding new and different things. It served our needs, totally. Today is our last day at your beautiful home. We had a great week enjoying all the amenties and the beautiful lake and sunsets. By the way...these are the most specatular sunsets in the entire world...I have traveled extensively! My elderly mother loved that the home was so open and airy! It is our family's 5th return to the Lakehouse. It was an action packed week...we never seem to fit in everything we have planned. The twins learned to dive through the waves, while the little ones kicked by the shore. Caught some perch for our last dinner which ended with a beautiful sunset and bonfire! We throughly enjoyed our three generational family week at Pearl Beach Lakehouse. Blessed by beautiful weather, se savored the lovely lake view, glorious sunsets, marsh mallow treats over the fire pit and family dinners in the spacious dinning room! 2nd visit. After a long week at work, we hustled to the Lake to start the shrimp boil. The weather was perfect for a bonfire. Neighbor Bill gave us a tour of his home and made us a delicious cocktail. Made costumes for the party tonight at The Winery at Springhill, we won 1st prize and celebrated with dinner and dancing! After another lumberjack breakfast on Sunday, we are headed home! Beautiful home, great views, nice neighbors and wonderful winery! I have had an amazing time here! I have 3 other siblings (2 brothers and a sister). We have been on a lot of vacations with my family, but this is one of the best so far! The best parts of this vacation were: the huge waves (around 3:30pm), Zeppe's Pizza, Eddie's Grill, Putt-putt, corn hole and being with my cousins. This house is wonderful...at first I was afraid of the swordfish in the stairwell but now I would like to catch one myself! I had a great time!Did you find this review helpful? We are from Michigan & Alaska. We had a fantastic time! My favorite thing to do was looking for beach glass and I found alot! The beach changes daily! The Pearl Beach Lakehouse provided a perfect setting for our entire family! The grounds of the home are like a park! Sadly, tomorrow will be the last day of our Thanksgiving vacation. All 11 of us (ages 5-76) thouroughly enjoyed our vacation. From morning visits to the beach, throwing the football in the backyard...the vacation was truly sensational! The house is beautiful and has everything we (MOM) needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! About the owner: This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 4 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Why the Owner Chose Geneva-on-the-Lake:
We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
