Our San Diego condo is only 75 steps from the pier and beach! We bought in Ocean Beach for the great location, friendly people, great restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach being so close! We are centrally located from all the fun things to do in San Diego. We are only 3 miles from Sea World, 9 miles to the zoo and only 1 block to rent bikes and surfboards. Deep sea fishing and sunset cruises are more exciting things you can enjoy. Downtown is less than 5 miles as well. We rarely use our car here unless we head to down town or a theme park.
This two bedroom, one bath condo sleeps up to 5-6 with a super plush king bed in the master bedroom, a comfy queen in the second bedroom, and two full size leather futons in the living room. One covered parking space is provided for this gated home.
There is a community barbecue and courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather of San Diego. Every Wednesday night there is also a charming Farmer's Market just one block away. This is the essence of OB with the great food, music, fresh flowers, art, and fun!
This condo is new, well maintained, very clean and the location is perfect. It doesn't get better than this! We know you will love it as much as we do!

We love San Diego and travel there as often as we can. We have 2 children that have traveled with us since they were tiny babies and their favorite place to be is the beach!
We also have 3 dogs, a bird, a hamster and 5 fish, but they stay at home when we travel. :)
Why the Owner Chose Other San Diego Properties
We chose this location because it is so close to the beach, a great home that was just built when we bought it, a safe and fun place to take our kids, the neighborhood is friendly and there is an icecream shop on the corner...perfect all around! :)
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
You can walk to the beach and pier within 75 steps, there are lots of great places to eat and shop, there is a farmer's market every Wed., we can drive to Sea World in about 5 minutes, and it is a quiet, great place to relax and enjoy some time near the beach.

Our family of 6 stayed here and we had an amazing time. Perfect, quiet location but close to everything including the pier and beach. Very clean and well maintained. Felt safe in the gated community with our children. I highly recommend this place!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a 4 day 3 night stay in this cute Ocean Beach condo. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found the condo to be very clean and just as described. The owner was very easy to work with. We would not hestitate to rent from this owner again. Highly recommend.
