This is a well-equipped 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a large recreational room. We completed a major renovation in early 2009 which included a new kitchen, and updating the master bathroom and second upstairs bathroom. It looks great!
The house sleeps up to 10 people and is nicely furnished. The house has a private walkway to one of the nicest beaches on Hilton Head. It has a 400+ square foot screened in porch where you can sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean. This second row beach house is on a very quite street with a short walk to the Port Royal swimming pool and playground. It is fantastic for families with kids.
The house has two stories. The upper level has three bedrooms (king, double, and twin beds), two bathrooms, a nice comfortable living room and dining area, and a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa and love seat, fireplace, and cable TV with DVD player. The first floor has a large bedroom (twin beds), full bathroom, recreation room with ping pong table and wet bar, additional carpeted area with card table, pull out sofa, and cable TV. It has access to a patio (with BBQ) and private pathway to beach. There are also two outside showers near on the beach path (hot and cold water).
In addition to the inside renovations, we did major work on the outside of the house, including improved landscaping and power washing the entire home.
There are biking trails everywhere, tennis courts near by, and within a five minute walk, an excellent pool and kiddie pool and additional beach access.
This is a wonderful rental for a large family, two families or four couples. Many clients are families sharing a vacation house (e.g., grandparents, parents and children; siblings with their kids). It is also great if visiting resident family in Port Royal or Hilton Head. Most of our clients return year after year!
