NEW in 2007, Emerald Beach Resort has been described as a Five Star Destination Resort for you vacation with many amenities including a Sports Bar on the bridge walkway, Starbucks, three pools, two Jacuzzis and now open in October 2010 a complete Fitness Center.
Our "Bahama" floor plan is the larger one-bedroom at 935 square feet with two full baths and wider living room on the 13th floor. Upon arrival you will park in a covered garage and select Valet service if you choose, although it is a short walk across the huge covered walkway which contains the Sports Bar directly over the highway. Escalators take you down to the main floor. From there the elevators take you to your residence. Upon arrival you will marvel at the views from the 13th floor looking down on the Beach with views in all directions for miles.

The condo was awesome, I felt more at home there than I did at my own home when my vacation ended. It was absolutely beautiful!! I met Don and his wife and they were such nice people. I will be working with them again for vacation early summer and again in September!! Thanks!!!

I highly recommend staying here! Don was amazing and so easy to book with! We stayed here the second to last week in August, and the water temperatures were amazing, like bath water at 87 degrees. The sands were truly sugary white and the beach was so clean! The condo was everything we could have asked for, very clean, very welcoming, well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook a meal, it truly was perfect! It was so hard to leave! The pictures do not do this justice! My favortie part was watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. We had five in our party and this condo was perfect! The starbucks downstairs was an added bonus and we discovered that after 2 pm they have frappuccino's half off! The kids loved going every day and getting the treat, it was especially refreshing in the heat. I do wish the tiki bars at the pools stayed open a little later, but with it not being peak season, we could definitely understand that. The location was very centralized to everything as well, very nice location! We had no problems finding retaurants to eat at or grocery stores, there are shops everywhere and there is a little convenient store right across the street from the condo that made those last minute needs especially convenient. I highly recommend checking out pier park for shopping and food, make sure you eat at Margaritaville! Sharky's was also excellent to eat at. Shell Island rentals had the best rates on the pontoon boats, which we really enjoyed! My ownly complaint is that a week just wasn't long enough! We will definitely be returning and staying here again, hopefully for two weeks next time!

We just returned from our trip what a great place to stay the view was the best on the beach. The condo was perfect more than enough room for our family of four.The owner was great with everything. I can,t wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks in February 2008 and Don's condo is really first class. All the amenities you could ask for and then some. The weather was a little cooler than we had hoped for but we still enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again next winter.
