This is a brand new, 3 bedroom condo located in the Chesapeake Lofts building on the water in downtown Sandusky. There is a total of 5 beds (1 king,4 doubles plus the couch). The unit is 1500 square feet and is fully furnished with security entry doors. There is an on-site work-out room, pool and hot tub.
Cedar Point can be seen across the water and is only a few minutes ride by car. The location of the condo allows you to avoid most traffic going to Cedar Point. There are restaurants and bars withing walking distance from the unit. There are many events in downtown Sandusky throughout the summer that are also within walking distance.
The public boat launch is 1/4 mile away from the unit and is perfect for fishing or pleasure boating. There is a fish cleaning business located at the launch.
The Put-N-Bay ferry (Jet Express) is 100 feet away and is only a 30 minutes ride to downtown Put-N-Bay and all of the shopping and entertainment that comes with.
This is our first year and we will be providing discounts for any returning guests in the future.
