This is a brand new 3 bedroom condo available and located in the Chesapeake Lofts building on the water in downtown Sandusky. There is a total of 5 beds (1 king,4 doubles plus the couch). The unit is 1500 square feet and is fully furnished with security entry doors. There is an on-site work-out room, pool and hot tub.
Cedar Point can be seen across the water and is only a few minutes ride by car. The location of the condo allows you to avoid most traffic going to Cedar Point. There are restaurants and bars withing walking distance from the unit. There are many events in downtown Sandusky throughout the summer that are also within walking distance.
The public boat launch is 1/4 mile away from the unit and is perfect for fishing or pleasure boating. There is a fish cleaning business located at the launch.
The Put-N-Bay ferry (Jet Express) is 100 feet away and is only a 30 minutes ride to downtown Put-N-Bay and all of the shopping and entertainment that comes with.

Hi this is my family we live in sandusky and enjoy cedar Point with our children.
Why the Owner Chose Sandusky
We purchased our unit because it was an old building they rehabbed and its location is just down the street so we can go there and enjoy being on the water whenever we choose.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The building has character and was well preserved when they turned the building into luxury condominiums.The building is located right on lake Erie but does has an awesome pool and is located downtown where there are no hotels and traffic just an old city feel.It is very close to cedar Point and you do not have to be in a traffic jam for an hour getting there from our location.There are plenty of parks walking distance to cook out,play with the kids or even fish.You do have plenty of choices for eating out and many with a view of the lake.

We would definitely stay in this condo again and would highly recommend it to our friends. The location was excellent and within walking distance to restaurants, Jet Express to the Lake Erie Islands, and a short drive to Cedar Point. We enjoyed walking around the new marina beside the condo and the waterfront. The condo was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and unique architecture. The owner was very helpful and met us at the door to give us the keys, a tour of the unit, and information on the area.

We rented this condo for 1 week. The first couple of days we had 6 adults in it and it was very roomy with no problems. After Monday the other 4 adults left so we had this huge condo by ourselves. The owner met us right at the door and gave us directions on how to get to Cedar Point without the traffic. The condo was very nice, clean and in a wonderful area with restaurants and the Jet Express within walking distance. The only problem we had was the fitness room is right next to the master bedroom so when someone wants to work out at 11pm at night you can hear it. Besides that everything else was wonderful. We walked over to the pier and watched the sunset and all the fisherman. The neighbors in the complex are very nice and help you find nice beaches and restaurants that the tourists don't know about. Would definately recommend this place to a friend

My family and I stayed in this condo the week before Memorial Day. This unit worked great for my family of seven. The condo is located close to Cedar Point and is an easy drive. Todd was very accommodating on our arrival. We will definitely stay here again when we make a return visit to Cedar Point.

Our family of five just returned from a week at this property. The property itself was perfect, very clean and spacious and close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. Todd personally met us to check us in and gave a few tips on dining and getting around Cedar point was literally minutes away and the route Todd told us about to get there had no traffic. The pool was wonderful and the location right on the water was great for watching sunsets. Make sure you check out the adorable Merry-go-Round museum and eat at Mona Pizza, both just a few short blocks walk from this amazing property.

Just got home from a week at the 3 bedroom condo. It was an ideal property for our family. Gated parking, security door and the pool was great for the little ones. We had eight people and there was plenty of room. Would recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation in the area. Very convenient.

My family and I just stayed at this condo. Very spacious 3 bedrooms, plenty of room for larger family. We just have two boys, but it was nice to have the extra room. Very clean kitchen, bathrooms. Plenty of towels. The owner was great at communicating with us, answering all of our questions up until we got there, even offering to be available if there were any problems (which there were not). He even emailed us while we were there to check in for anything we needed. Property has security entrance, which I liked very much. Literally took us 5 - 10 minutes tops to get to Cedar Point gates. Perfect location in case you want to leave the park for lunch and come right back, which is what we did. I would love to stay in this building again!

My family enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend at this luxury condo on the lake. The unit was equipped with everything you might need. A television was in each bedroom. The pool, exercise room, ping pong, hot tub, were great assets to this stay. The owner, Todd meets you and personally shows you everything about the unit. These units are fantastic and a quick drive from Cedar Point. You can take a nice stroll downtown to the ferry, jet express docks, shops, and restaurants right on the lake. Great place to stay, this is the only place I will stay when I am in Sandusky in the future.

We thoroughly loved our stay at this property. Todd was great to work with and the place was clean and extremely large for the price. The facility is right downtown where you can access a number of local restaurants, a neat coffee shop, and walk along the lake. The pool was not yet open, but very nice and the building, which is an old factory of some sort, had a great fitness center. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks again!!!
