We have decided to make our Marsh Harbour retreat available to you on a limited basis. Enjoy entertaining your friends at our home away from home, SNAPPER POINT.

Indulge in the amenities that only SNAPPER POINT, a lovely 13 acre island retreat can offer. Along with 2 private homes that accommodate up to 17 guests in 8 private bedrooms, you can enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court, nature trails, 3 private beaches, and a private marina with space for a large yacht. SNAPPER POINT is home to the "Justice", a 70 ft. Striker.

We also have our Suburban available at an additional fee

Everything you could ask for is at Snapper Point. Beautiful views, gorgeous grounds, and plenty of room. I am so glad I found Snapper Point and we will definitely be back over and over again.   • As a workaholic hard-to-relax publicist who has been EVERYWHERE and always goes WHEREVER with lap-top en tow I found Snapper Point to be the most relaxing, rejuvenating and refreshingly remote getaway that I have ever had! I didn't pull out my lap top even once! The beauty was surreal. The rural islanders were charming. The quietude and lack of commercialism made it one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences (just wait until the major hotel chains & discount air carriers discover the spot!). Imagine ... going to dine on to-die-for-duck at a quaint little eatery where the laid back proprietor only opens up "on request". Taste fresh fried fish after a day of yacht fishing. Find yourself daydreaming as you meander through enchanting little areas filled with captivating little cottages, cathedrals and cafes. Hike rugged dirt roads that lead you to magnificent points overlooking the island. Then, SLEEP to the lull of the waves ... like you've never slept before! Picture washing ashore ... then stepping onto your own private oasis! That's Snapper Point. Regina Lynch-Hudson (& Hubby Courtland C. Bivens III) Did I mention that I brought HIM along? :-)

  • Snapper Point is the eye of a storm. You know everything you left behind is in flux but at the Point you are in perfect peace and harmony, nothing else seems to matter. No magic genie needed here,everything that one could desire or imagine is at hand or quickly attainable. Snapper Point is not the place for those seeking club action and a qlitzy night lifejust eating,fishing,swimming and relaxing along with any other activity that might present itself.   • It was such a pleasure to go to Snapper Point and spend a few days. We shoot a lot of panoramas and photos (which you can see on this very web site), and we really enjoyed photographing the area there and on other islands. The place is very quiet, scenic and relaxing. Snorkeling around the coast there is a fun thing to do as well. Who knows, maybe they will fix the motor bikes by the next time we visit :-) A wonderful spot to vacation!

  • Staying at Snapper Point was a second honeymoon for Rhonda and me. The sun, moon, stars, and blue water mesmerized us on our stay. When we were asked to cook the snapper the captain had prepared we gladly volunteered and the grilled fish was the freshest we ever tasted. The snorkeling and trip to Nippers for drinks and souveneirs topped off the trip. With Justice and Liberty (the boats) waiting in the dock at all times we felt like royalty.

  • We had such a great time and I would tell you about, but what happens at Snapper Point stays at Snapper Point!! (unless someone has a digital camera and it makes it back to the states. Doh!!!)
