Peaceful Times is one of the newest homes in Green Turtle Cay overlooking Coco Bay and the Sea of Abaco.This cozy,comfortable house is very private, surrounded by a canopy of native trees, yet located within a one minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco. Please note that this house is a ONE rental unit. The downstairs area is not rented out. The house is also close to all of the amenities of the Green Turtle Club and Marina and Brendals Dive Center. Golf cart and boat rental can be easily arranged. THERE IS A BRAND NEW GOVERNMENT DOCK (PUBLIC) LOCATED ON COCO BAY WHICH IS A TWO MINUTE GOLF CART RIDE AWAY. Offshore and flats fishing guides are readily available.

Enjoy breakfast or a sunset view from the large, fully screened porch which includes a dining table with six chairs and two chaise loungers. It is also a great place to read a good book or watch the hummingbirds and Abaco parrots fly by.

The historic settlement of New Plymouth is located fifteen minutes away where there are several restaurants, grocery shops, and gift shops.

  • We had the pleasure of spending a week in Green Turtle at Peaceful Times. The house is new, well appointed, and very private. There is a path to a beach that only takes a minute’s walk and snorkeling and/or beach diving is less than five minutes away. Getting around by golf cart was so easy and we loved going to the restaurants and meeting the friendly locals. Sunsets were spectacular from any one of the several waterfront bars: a rum drink does enhance the view. We will definitely be making a return trip and staying at Peaceful Times.

  • In July 2008 we had the pleasure of spending 5 blistful days with our dear fiends at "Peacefull Times". What a great place to kick back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and snorkle in the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Abaco Bay. The cracked conch was to die for. This new cottage, nestled in the tropical foliage, is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a great vacation.We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

  • We stayed at Peaceful Times in May 2007. It was great. This new island home sits above both sheltered beaches and the harbor of Green Turtle. The name says it all, as it is nestled in the tropical foliage. We loved the screened porch and the large kitchen area. Golf cart rides are a hoot and the fishing was awesome (mahi, grouper, yellowtail). We will be back!

  • I had the pleasure of spending about a week in this beautiful rental over Memorial Weekend ~ I was traveling with 3 other people and we had a wonderful time in an Extremely clean and very new home!!!! You won't find that in many of the other rental properties on Green Turtle ~ The location is very convienent to the beach ~ about a 2 minute ride by golf cart! And about 10 minutes to town! When I return to Green Turtle again I will continue to stay at the appropriately named "Peaceful Times" ~ The front porch is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the view or read a good book!! The home is well stocked (kitchen, linen's, etc...) ~ I would recommend this home to my own family!!!!!!
