This beach resort condo is located on the second level, and has been completely remodeled. The condo has all new tile, cabinets, granite and furnishings including a king size bed, two queen size beds, and oversize sectional sofa. Relax and enjoy the HD Flat screen TVs throughout. This is one of the most up-to-date condos at the resort!
This condo looks over the golf course and a beautiful pond with fountain. There is one large balcony complete with gas grill, dining set, and lounge chairs. Also, there are two smaller balconies off each bedroom.
There is a pool right next to the building, as well as the main lagoon pool beside the beach. Full access to the beach, with a bar,restaurant, salon, spa and fitness center on the property.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo--we loved it! Everything was so nice and very comfortable. Loved the decor--very tastefully done! We have always enjoyed staying at the Edgewater and all of the amenities they offer, and staying in such a lovely unit made our visit even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed this beautiful condo!! It has everything you would want and is centrally located. The rooms were very spacious and it is immaculate. The decor is very well done and all appliances seemed brand new! We all loved the Lagoon pool and the proximity to the beach!! We'll be back next year!

Oh My Gosh !!! we loved, loved, loved this condo !! We absolutely did not want to leave. Obviously it is incrediably decorated but the condo has such a homey and VERY comfortable feel to it. Hy husband was SO excited to find the grill had an automatic lighter on it because we didn't have matches ! This condo has everything you could ask for. EXTREMELY clean. Our friends that were staying in the towers could not believe the amount of space we had and how nice it was. I would HIGHLY recomend this condo to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet play to stay. The beach is very close and there are pools everywhere!! We can't wait to go back. Thanks, sh

Our family loved the condo! We were very impressed with the way you have decorated. We wouldn't change a thing! It has every amenity we could have asked for! We loved the Lagoon Pool but we also took advantage of the convenience of the pool right next door to the condo. We would love to stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful condo! The week went by way too quick. We've rented several condos in various beach areas. This one was by far the nicest that we've stayed in. From the decor to the amenities - everything was great.

This condo was beautifully decorated with a home away from home feeling. It was the perfect location as well, easy access to the beach and golf shop. It was the best condo we've stayed in at Panama City Beach and we hope to return next year.
